Hi is someone going to get back to us?
Ok thank you for clarifying.
Thank you I will reach out to them about this. If anyone else is interested in this topic, some temporary solutions are here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/gtin-from-yoast-to-feed/
@cjtp thank you for this. I actually set up an attribute to get around this, and it worked fine that way. However, I’m still needing a solution for variable products. Do you know if the code you used would work in that scenario? I found other stuff online but haven’t had a chance to test them out yet.
Thank you again.
Ok I see, thank you. So then the Google Local Products Feed would only be used if someone doesn’t want to be in Google Shopping also?
I see, so your plugin includes all values from all plugins and themes by default, and we just need to find the field name?
I think it’s adding tax… that may be the reason. So it’s showing the tax rates within the shipping price. Is this how your plugin is designed to work? Is that what Google wants it to be? Just checking.
However, it still produces many lines, but these lines don’t make sense. There are 12 lines that show our “outside BC” rate. But no lines show the BC rate or the free shipping rate. See here https://cloudup.com/c1_96GIHT_r (From Google Merchant Center under “Raw Feed Attributes”)
Here are our screenshots of our shipping set up:

BC rates https://cloudup.com/ctqyGpIW-k6
BC Flat rate set up for flat rate https://cloudup.com/cZwdIW8yr9u (I think this is applying a 12% tax)
BC Free shipping settings https://cloudup.com/c45_ce1tjcV
Outside BC flat rate https://cloudup.com/coVkuwwK5YV
Outside BC flat rate settings https://cloudup.com/cijGTzFsxBG (also think a 12% tax is being applied here… per our tax settings)
Can you help us get these shipping rates corrected in the feeds?

Ah ok, so from this post https://adtribes.io/setting-up-your-first-google-shopping-product-feed/ I see that the GTIN field you include in the list is yours, not that of the Yoast WooCommerce plugin. But your field requires a purchase to use, correct? Otherwise it will always say “no” in the product identifier field in the feed?
Can I ask why your plugin won’t include the Yoast WooCommerce fields but does include the basic Yoast fields?
How do we use the Yoast WooCommerce fields here?
Thank you
I got the plugin download link from your FAQs, here https://wordpress.org/plugins/optimole-wp/#can%20i%20remove%20the%20blurry%20placeholder%20from%20the%20lazyload%20effct%20%3F
It was not customized for us at all.
It would be great to know what the typical wait time is for your plugin to get going, how many images it works through, and if the lagging 0.0% is normal.
I can write to you privately.
Hi Mateusz, I checked your FAQ on how to get support again, and I didn’t see any contact info. I also don’t see a website on your profile or on the plugin description. Can you let me know how you would like me to send this information privately?
If I missed it I am sorry. I realize you would like people to read your content and instructions very carefully before you will help, but I want you to know I did try, and it is not that easy to figure out all these things when there is a lot to sift through.
Also, before we get to that, can you confirm that your plugin will work with Cloudflare enabled on our live site? Though the errors I was getting were not on a site routed through Cloudflare.
Thanks
It didn’t really show much: https://cloudup.com/c_z4I8_4zeF
XHR filter showed no difference.
Can I send you access to the site privately somehow?
We use Cloudflare, would that mean we can’t use this plugin then?

Here are screenshots of the server configuration your plugin gives, if it helps:
Hi, I’m also getting this error.
I get the error message after clicking “regenerate all” and waiting a few minutes.
I have enabled debugging and a log. Here is what I got, but only after clicking around a bit to find stuff (nothing seems related to this issue):

Apparently hitting a 502 error?
Text of the Console messages after getting the error message from your plugin:

I do have an optimization plugin installed, but I checked to ensure REST API is not turned off.
See screenshots to show they are not turning off REST API:

https://cloudup.com/cL5AwsRi9eM (Asset Clean Up)Can you help? This seems like a promising plugin (I looked… most others have some very very bad and scary reviews, which deterred me, until I found this one). Anyway, I’m really hoping it can work!

Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Osom Author Pro] How to modify labels of this plugin?Thank you for this. However, it did nothing for me 🙂
This is what I used, and zero changes took place in my back end:
//Change Library label for winners add_filter( ‘genesis_author_pro_cpt_labels’, ‘change_author_pro_cpt_name’ ); function change_author_pro_cpt_name ( $labels ) { $labels[‘menu_name’] = ‘Winners’; return $labels; };Context: we’re using this plugin to display winners of a literature prize. Hence, the name of “Winners.”
Even if it said, “Books” I think that would still be more clear than “Library.” Because for a client using the back end of WP, “Library” can refer to multiple things in that context, like a Media Library, for instance. But that’s just me… just a suggestion.
Thank you Pcosta88, it’s great to know we’re heard here.
CSS would only change the text size and formatting, but not create the h2 tag which I needed, for general SEO purposes.
Due to the other formatting needs I had (such as being able to add lists), I’ve since decided to use the following solution to create the structured data:
https://saijogeorge.com/json-ld-schema-generator/faq/
I then put the resulting code in a text editor to add my own, allowable HTML tags, which the above generator will not do (it adds line breaks for lists like the Yoast block does).
This method will also allow me to modify the answers a little for the SERPs, as some are quite long before Google shows the ‘More’ link to take people to the website. Personally, I don’t like that. But our answers are many paragraphs long sometimes (that’s just us).
In case anyone is wondering, the solution above would create a whole new ld+json tag, in addition to the one that the Yoast plugin creates. It must be entered on the page where the questions actually exist. I use a custom HTML block to do this. It doesn’t show the ld+json tag on the front end when you use a custom html block, if you’re worried about that.
I had trouble with the code block, which caused my site to lose formatting (that could just be the site itself, and not a universal happenstance). So watch out for that.
