That extra space is where locations are supposed to show up but they are not. Other users have posted this problem but no one is answering.
Yes this happens to me too. A person enters the city name from a drop down and no locations show up. I am thinking of switching to this plugin to see if it improves: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/store-locator-le/screenshots/ It is also reported as compatible up to WordPress 3.4

In reply to: Page title displaying incorrectlyHi kimberleyjane,
I see you have posted this question in the Modern Tribe PRO forum. I have messaged you there with some steps to take and hope to solve this problem for you!
Hi Bryce,
I’ve actually been wanting to write a blog post about this for a while, so at your request, I finally did it 🙂Here is the link: http://clicksonlinemarketing.com/2012/02/how-to-use-wp-members-to-set-up-a-wholesale-e-commerce-area-using-shopp-plugin/
I hope this helps you! Feel free to ask questions about it! (I’ve been through thick and thin trying to get it to work, so if you start struggling with something, I’ve probably already been there, done that!)
Hi Ian,
You know what, I gave up on Shopp Wholesale and just used the WP Members plugin to set up a new shopp installation on a sub folder, and used that for Wholesale orders now.
You can see what I did here: shoo-foo.com and shoo-foo.com/wholesale
Hello,
I am running Genesis on this site and really weird things are happening: http://loveys.ca
I doubt it is a Genesis problem, because Studiopress is so great, and I am running other plugins on here.
But the strange thing is that if I disable all the plugins, the issues don’t get fixed.
I was hoping I could get some answering by asking about this, and maybe someone can help? I would appreciate it sooooo much since I am not a coder and these things really baffle me (I don’t know the first place to start looking!)
Menus – can’t click and drag any menu items using the WordPress menus feature
Adding a link using the “link” button in the editor: if I try to add the link, and click on “insert link” all it does is takes me to the “all posts” page in WordPress
All pages – The titles at the top of the “All pages” area are green.
In the plugins area, if I click on the checkbox to check all plugins, it doesn’t check anything except itself.
These are just the problems I’ve noticed so far.
When I deactivate all plugins, the only thing that changes is the “all pages” area goes back to blue titles. Nothing else gets fixed.
I can’t trace back to when this started happening. It is so weird. I considered that I might have been hacked? But the site is still up and running, so it doesn’t seem like it’s meant to be an attack.
But reading this I see it’s not just me or this one issue.
I’m so confused!
Thanks for your help!
On another note – I wonder why I never got emails that this thread was being responded to! I’ll have to keep checking to see if the “notify me of follow up posts” is working for me or not.
I don’t know if this is a dumb question, but I can’t figure out how to set up the customer sign up page – where a person signs up to view the wholesale prices.
Do I have to install shopp customer register plugin for that?
This is the type of page I am trying to set up: http://staging.edieandbup.com.au/customer-signup
I have done all the changes mentioned here. Now under my Theme Settings menu, it says “Wholesale” – even though the link to the “Wholesale” settings is also under shopp. Here is a screenshot showing what I mean: http://216.172.189.147/~shoofoo/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/Screen-shot-2011-11-10-at-6.48.36-PM.png
Can someone help me fix this?
Thank you!
I am also having trouble with this. I created a registration page here:
http://jacanagallery.com/fine-art-shop/start-a-registry/However, I do not want users to end up having to login on the wordpress side and come to the wordpress dashboard. How can I make it appear as though they’ve logged into the cart only, and can now start adding items to the wishlist?
Is there a way to customize which page they end up on after registering? In other words, can the “thank you message” be on a new page that the customer goes to as soon as they hit the “register” button?
Is there a way to customize the email that gets sent, telling them where to login? Right now it leads them to /wp-login and that can get confusing if they don’t know why they are supposed to login there after trying to register for an ecommerce program.
Is there a way to direct people to a front-end login page, avoiding the use of the WordPress login url all together?
For example, could we say “login here” on the new page they are directed to, and have that lead to the account login for Shopp?
Thanks for helping!

In reply to: [Register Plus Redux] Shortcode to display register form on a page?Hi, this might help you: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simplr-registration-form/
You can use short codes to get a registration form to appear on a page. I have not tried the plugin myself, but am also researching this issue.

In reply to: Cannot add posts to my blogDid you make any upgrades to your browser or computer lately?
I’m sorry I may not know how to best help – hopefully someone else will jump in too. But we will try!
Let’s first solve the problem of publishing.
When you click on Publish, does it give you the round circle thing that says it’s loading? Or after you click publish and try to reload your site, is nothing new appearing?
If that is the case, try to clear your browser’s cache. It happens sometimes.
Can you also try to publish from another computer and see what happens? If it works on another computer then the problem is definitely with your browser or something.

In reply to: Cannot add posts to my blogCan you describe in more detail what is happening? Are you clicking on “add new” under “Posts” and getting an error page?
Or are you making it all the way to clicking “publish” and then something goes wrong?

In reply to: Remove the "Read More" in PostsHi,
Two possibilities to solving this:1) It could be a setting in your theme’s settings. You may have to check or un-check something there, if the theme has options. If you are using a paid theme, they should have forums for you to ask.
2) It could be your WordPress setting. Go into Settings -> Reading and Select “full text” where it says “For each article in a feed, show”
If those two don’t work I’ll leave it to someone else to try to help!
