In reply to: [SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle] Bug: ‘Accordion Widget’ Service UnavailableHi Andrew!
Sorry I didn’t answer before.
When this error happens again I will follow the instructions you tell me and let you know here.
Greetings and thanks for the information/link.
Hi Andrew @misplon!
Thank you very much for your answer. In effect, that is the solution to the problem.
I read about this action on the Wordfence help page:
– Firewall Learning Mode: https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/The route is in:
Wordfence> Firewall> All Firewall Options> Web Application Firewall Status:
.- Enabled and Protecting (default is this one)
.- Learning Mode (this option is what interests us for a few seconds to activate, then return to ‘Enabled and Protecting’)
.- DisabledI have read (and checked) that while ‘Learning Mode’ is active the actions we do go to the whitelist and remain there until we decide to remove them.
The only thing that Wordfence advise against using ‘Learning Mode’ if the website was hacked or is currently under threat attack.
In summary when this option, ‘Learning Mode’, remains active these actions occur:
– Some applications that seem suspicious are included in the white list.
– Other parts of the firewall remain fully active:
.- Including Brute Force Protection
.- Login Security
.- The blocking functionsAlthough it is a better option than deactivating the plugin, there is a risk of being infected in that period of time, so it will be necessary to act quickly once we use the Page Builder by SiteOrigin.
Greetings and thanks again 🙂

In reply to: [Social Share Buttons by Supsystic] Error in version 2.1.9Hi Ole!
Sorry to answer now.
I use the website as a practice of a payment course so it is not public.I sent you the same message by your internal mail (it is appreciated to include a form inside the WordPress plugin). You sent me this message:
Hello
Thank you for contacting us regarding your question!
The new version uses its own font FontAwesome. Most likely your font changes it. Where can we see the problem on your site?I didn’t have time to touch any parameters. And today update to version 2.1.10 and show everything again as in version 2.1.8
I don’t know if… have you something to clarify about it? I appreciate seeing it again as in version 2.1.8 because I don’t like having outdated plugins and because I have recommended this one over SumoMe.
Greetings!
Pd.: I do not consider it good to put this matter as resolved when I had not answered if what you recommended to me really worked for me.Hi @mwarbinek
It is a defect of this 3.6.3 version that another user notified. And so the WordPress team closed the download of this plugin.
I can not deactivate this box: ‘Send configuration information’. See capture: https://imgur.com/a/2dghSwR
Route to find option: click on the menu of this plugin in WordPress. And in the related window scroll down to the end, to see the section: ‘Please, help us perform better!’In any case, the information obtained in theory is only technical and anonymous. It’s not a problem for me.
Now you can download this version from the main page of the plugin, in the ‘Advanced View’ section (under ‘Tags’, right side):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/maintenance/advanced/
In this new page scroll down and where you see ‘PREVIOUS VERSIONS’ you click on the version you want. You have another more comfortable option using the ‘WP Rollback’ plugin:

Hi @mwarbinek
Having seen what happens with version 3.7.0 and all those problems, I will remain in version 3.6.3 even if I cannot deactivate this box: ‘Send configuration information’ (it doesn’t worry me).
I don’t know what updates version 3.6.4 has. When this update was done the WordPress team had not enabled the plugin homepage again.
Greetings!

In reply to: [Maintenance] Logo On Mobile Not ShowingHi tpphost!
You have to enter the same logo in the section: ‘Retina logo’. The same problem you described happened to me and I solved it that way. I even explain it in a video tutorial that I made of this plugin.
Greetings!

In reply to: [LoftLoader] Version 2.1.7 conflicts with web maintenance screensHi @loftocean
Thank you. I already update and I see that everything works correctly.
I hope it does not happen in the future anything similar 🙂Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LoftLoader] Version 2.1.7 conflicts with web maintenance screensOk, thanks guys.
I hope it will be soon 🙂
Hello Joe.
Thanks for answer so soon.I do not have any page called ‘mc-events’ created, this refers to ‘My Calendar Events base’ (which is in Settings > Permament links). By default, that base name is already established (mc-events).
This afternoon I did another test in the first place where I installed the plugin and I found the problem by surprise.
I have the habit of disabling some plugins that I think are heavy, to be able to update them and that WordPress does not show the ugly web maintenance screen (white background with black letters).
When the plugin is deactivated, and reactivated… for some strange reason it does not recognize the routes where there is information, this route I am referring to:
http://misionesperanzaburgos.org/mc-events/campamento-de-navidad/?mc_id=42
Works correctly, but if I deactivate and re-activate the plugin it will put ‘not found’.The only way to get it all right again is to deactivate ‘Use Pretty Permalinks For Events’ (My calendar > Settings > Output). Saving. Re-checking box. And again saving. And everything returns again to go Ok.
You can do the test yourself.
Greetings!

Coincidences of life, by deactivating this box: Use Pretty Permalinks for Events and save changes to try… It worked fine without pretty permalinks like I said.
I turned it on again to try… and now it goes well again with Pretty Permalinks.
However, it seems that the problem can be repeated in the future so I recommend that you review it if possible in a test facility.
Greetings and I feel the discomfort.
I was testing now on ‘My Calendar’ > Settings > Output > Use Pretty Permalinks for Events. It was something that had activated with the option that comes by default base: mc-events.
Remaining my target URL: http://misionesperanzaburgos.org/mc-events
It recently stopped working. And when I try to remove the use of pretty permalinks for events, I see that it works well to see the info as if it were a post but of events.
Why has the use of pretty permalinks suddenly stopped working? Being something so good for SEO that does not force to create normal post.
Greetings!

Hi guys!
I have applied the changes that Alex and Andrew recommended to me by email. Those changes are:
– !important; for some widgets of ‘Livemesh’ see in CSS color that I wanted (from ‘Aditional CSS’).
– Disable FitText in SiteOrigin Hero, to show texts again. The result is that my website looks good again.
However, I will continue trying to help them as far as I know through email.
Greetings!
Hi Andrew!
Sent to your email, with the subject:
– Perfect version 2.8.2. But … 2.9.0 and 2.9.1 unstable? (video with English subtitles)Greetings!
Pd.: I can not invest more time in this matter, I hope that everything is well understood in the video.Ah! I have another website with a loader on the Home page, and with SiteOrigin Hero, and there is no viewing problem (PageBuilder SiteOrigin version 2.9.1).
