Regarding your suggestion, unfortunately, it’s not currently possible to implement the redirect in the way you’ve described. However, I think this is a great idea, and I will add it to our feature request list for future consideration.

We apologize for the delayed response. Could you please confirm the Popup builder version you are uisng? It appears that there is a conflict with antoher plugin or theme. Could you please check this.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, could you please check if other type of popups for example Image popup or subscription popups works fine. As in general we don’t have a simple text popup.

In the meantime, you can continue using other features of the plugin, including sending newsletters. However, please note that you may not be able to view the subscriber list. You can still export it, though.
If you prefer, you can roll back to version 4.3.2, which is a stable version that will allow you to see the subscription list.

When it comes to mobile responsive popups, multiple factors should be considered. Since you are using a custom size, I suggest creating two different popups: one for mobile and one for desktop/tablet. This can be achieved with our advanced targeting extension. For more information, please check this page: How to Use the Advanced Targeting Extension. This way, you will be able to make a responsive popup for mobile.
