Hello,
Please ask your administrator to grant editors full access to the plugin. They can do this by navigating to Popup Builder > Settings and adding the “Editor” role under User role to access the plugin.
This should resolve the issue.

Thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for the delayed response. It appears that you have enabled the “Apply option on each page” setting. To resolve this issue, please disable it by following these steps:
- Go to Popup Builder > All Popups.
- Select the relevant popup and click the Edit button.
- Scroll down to Advanced > Popup Showing Limitation.
- Uncheck Apply option on each page.
This should resolve the issue.

Would you like to exclude or remove specific pages? Please note that if your pages have longer titles, you may encounter difficulties removing them from the popup pages list when using the “is” or “is not” function.
