In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] Gross Sales – Total SalesThanks for that screenshot! I’d love to see your System Status Report as well, because I suspect there is a conflict going on. We did indeed have some wording updates in the past month, but what you are seeing is different from what I see on a staging site with nothing else active.
You can find the report under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

If I want to make edits to what users can and cannot do, my go-to plugin is the User Role Editor. It’s free and very robust.

Processing, and then manually toCompletedby the site admin, so I would include that as well if you want to show orders that have been paid.I see you also have some custom statuses, but I am unsure what they mean. Can you clarify?

What language is your site set to? The locale is also important, please be as specific as possible – thanks!
When looking at my staging site, I can see ‘Gross Sales’ in the upper left corner of Analytics > Revenue. ‘Total Sales’ is on the bottom right.

Otherwise, I’d recommend looking into the Metorik plugin. It’s a very solid reporting tool that may just do exactly what you need it to – I’d recommend getting in touch with them!

Are you working with WooCommerce Subscriptions? In that case, you can contact our premium support with your valid license.
When you contact us, can you please include the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. We’d also want to know which payment gateway you are using.

I agree that it looks very much like a caching issue. Have you also asked your hosting company whether they are applying any caching services?

If you add this particular template to your theme, you can adjust it however you like. I’m not too sure on the custom code you need for this though, perhaps someone else can jump in on that?
