In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce shows out of stock but is on stuckHi there!
Issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Storefront theme (it’s free)
2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.
4. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without messing up your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.
Hi there Angela!
I’ve had a look at the site you mentioned. You referred to the WooCommerce sidebar, so I had a loop at your ‘Shop’ page and saw this: https://snipboard.io/YhZiU2.jpg
I can’t spot the bulletpoints that you’re referring to, so perhaps the issue has resolved itself? For reference, I am using the latest version of Chrome.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Orders not showing in dashboardHi there!
Good of you to already go through some troubleshooting here – it’s what I would have recommended as well! I think it makes sense to do a full conflict test; often times, plugins we do not suspect are causing trouble are the root of the issue.
If you’re worried about affecting your live site, deactivating all plugins is best done on a staging site. Let me know whether you find anything when you turn everything except WooCommerce off!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Unable to confirm orderHi there!
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to view the link to your website – the page remains blank. From the screenshot that you included, I believe you may be having a conflict. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:

Hi there!
This is a known issue that has been reported in the GitHub project for WooCommerce: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/24862. The developers have indicated that a solution is ready to go and will be included in the release after 3.8
Hope that helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Create Customer using ProgramaticallyHi there!
Timeout errors are almost always a case of not having enough allocated memory. Try adjusting
wp_memory_limitto a higher value (instructions can be found here). If that doesn’t help you resolve things, it’s best to chat with your hosting company about what you can do to get more resources.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce & UM little conflictHi there! You mentioned:
I need my “Shop Page” to be seen only by logged-in users, but WooCommerce doesn’t let me do that.
If it’s UM applying the restriction, how are you determining that WooCommerce is blocking it? WooCommerce is not built to override any visibility settings, so I would look to UM for the root cause of this issue. Have you asked their support for insight as well?
As for this question:
Once I deselect “Shop Page” in WooCommerce settings, everything described above come back to normal as it should be.
It very much sounds like the theme you are using is acting up here. The ‘Shop page’ you mentioned is a page template, and likely something in that template is not set properly for a WooCommerce display – or requires further CSS to act like the rest of the theme.

A couple of questions that will help us identify what’s going on:
– Are you using the default WooCommerce importer, or a plugin?
– How many lines does your CSV file have? Thanks!
