    Hello,

    Since last week I had 3 situations where the bank declined payment from customers who have a subscription to our club, but woocommerce still processes the request after the second attempt, which is 12 hours after the first attempt, as approved. . Invoice, waybill is generated, all as if the payment had been approved. What may be happening and how to fix it?

    Are you working with WooCommerce Subscriptions? In that case, you can contact our premium support with your valid license.

    When you contact us, can you please include the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. We’d also want to know which payment gateway you are using.
