Hey @fotske – can you please verify for us whether this also happens when you follow these steps:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
Thanks in advance!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Filter by Attribute block is not visible on widgetsHi there – are you using the Blocks plugin specifically to try out beta versions of the upcoming blocks? If not, it’s best to remove the Blocks plugin. Stable blocks are bundled into WooCommerce core.
That you’re not able to edit the product archive is expected – this is a preset page, and adjustments to it will need to happen through the template file. Can you share a copy of your Status Report?
@jbpapp in that case, I recommend doing a conflict test. The best way to do this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Unknown errorHey @greentools10 – it sounds like you’d like to just proceed to removing the plugin entirely. You can do so by following the instructions listed here: https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-uninstall-plugin-and-remove-woocommerce-facebook-app/
There are, however, troubleshooting steps available to resolve the error you’re running into: https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/troubleshooting-connection-errors/ – if you want to give that a go and let us know if it resolved your error, that’s cool too!

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] picks up UTM tagsHi @zemislav – it sounds like you are referring to an old conversation somewhere. I am not able to locate the source of this conversation. Do you happen to have a link, so I can dig into this further?
Thanks in advance!
Hey @ginaf – when you go to edit a product in your WooCommerce store, there is a tab called ‘Facebook Product Sync’. You should be able to deselect the product from being synced to Facebook. Make sure to save the product!
You can also adjust the product description: https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#section-11
Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] stripe payments stop workingIn addition: this forum is meant for WooCommerce Core specific questions. For Stripe, it’s best to use the Stripe forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] stripe payments stop workingHey @littlerebel – I’d recommend resetting the webhook you have. It’s hard to tell from our end what may have gone wrong here. Are there any more errors in the fatal error log, under WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs?
Here’s the guide on how to set up a webhook: https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#section-3 – I’d suggest removing the old one and setting up a new one.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] add the brand name of the product in the slugHi again!
Yes, I have used jet engine of crocoblock to create a new Taxonomy called Brands.
In that case, you’ll need to fiddle with some custom code. I’ve done a spot of research for you and found the following: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-add-custom-taxonomy-in-custom-post-type-permalink/
Here’s another page that may help you out: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/110508/taxonomies-in-url

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce – remove BOLD from active breadcrumbI also see
Redirectionas an active plugin, which may be the cause for the 404s you are seeing. Has your site been migrated at some point? If that’s the case, I can understand why there must have been multiple permalink/redirection options active. If you are still seeing issues after deactivating the
Redirectionplugin, I’d suggest doing a full conflict test. This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tax LabelHey @darrenc4 – can you please try setting the Default customer location under WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → General to ‘Geolocation’? That should address this for you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Prices without VAT in the cart – but only in mobile viewHey @ico33 – that sounds like a theme issue to me.
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Storefront theme (it’s free)
2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.
4. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. This is best done on a staging site.
