In reply to: [WooCommerce] mini cart “shop” buttonHi there!
You may be able to do that with Loco Translate: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ – if it allows you to find the string (either in your theme’s language file, or the one for WooCommerce itself, depending on how your site is configured), you can add an additional link.
Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] problems at the checkoutSorry, that was super unclear of me! I’m referring to the System Status Report, which you can find under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Two different materials for 1 itemHi there!
You’ll want to look at our Variation Swatches and Photos extension: https://woocommerce.com/products/variation-swatches-and-photos/ – I believe this does what you want it to do.
If it doesn’t fit your needs, have a look at Product Add-Ons: https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/
Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Emails to customers not receivedHi there!
This is most likely an SMTP issue. Try installing and configuring the Easy WP SMTP plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp – I believe that will help!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Can’t activate Woocomm – fatal errorHi there!
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

In reply to: [NSFW] [WooCommerce] Split taxesHi there!
You’ll want to take a look at our Product Bundles extension: https://woocommerce.com/products/product-bundles. You will be able to set tax rates for each individual product in the bundle.
You can find the plugin’s documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/bundles/
Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shop Checkout ProblemsHi there!
I’d like to take a closer look at how the site is configured. Can you please copy and paste the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Thanks!

I would be very curious to hear if the same problem exists when using a different payment gateway – it sounds like that’s where the problem lies! Can you tell us what happens when you use the Bank Transfer gateway that is included in WooCommerce by default?
