In reply to: [WP-Stateless - Google Cloud Storage] Manual image uploadHello Javier, thanks for your interest in the WP-Stateless plugin. The issue you are encountering is shared by many, including myself!
We are slowly developing a better synchronization process that will make these situations easier, faster, and more accurate. I don’t have a timeline for this feature, but it is something we plan on doing.
In the meantime, keep an eye on the .org forum (here) and our github repository at https://github.com/wpCloud/wp-stateless/issues
I believe it is a limitation of WordPress and how thumbnails are generated.
We’ve thought about workarounds for this (providing a SaaS service for thumbnail generation), but we haven’t been able to fund such development at this point.

At this time, WP-Stateless will write files to disk temporarily before uploading them into GCS.

In reply to: [WP-Stateless - Google Cloud Storage] upload error after initial installI believe AppEngine is the issue. This plugin is not compatible on the platform. It has something to do with how AppEngine and GCS interact that prevents it from working as expected.

Switch mode to backup and run sync. This will update all the file urls on each attachment to use the local URL.

In the meantime, have you brought this up with Elementor? It looks like they have a paid pro version, so they may have more resources available to them to resolve the issue on their end.
WP-Stateless interacts with WordPress using proper media functions, so they may have some custom functionality that is not proper implementation.
Due to the nature of the process, it’s nearly impossible to troubleshoot without digging into the minutiae of your individual setup (server configuration, wordpress setup, etc). We are not able to provide that level of support via the .org forum or for free for that matter.
