    Hi,

I purchased the importer add-on and it stopped working when I moved my site to another server. I tried re-activating the license, but get the message ‘There was an error making activation request for WP-Property: Importer: Download access has expired.’ I know my support and upgrade access has expired, but I still should be able to use the plugin I paid for. How can I re-activate it please? I can send you the license number via private message or an email for verification.

    Thanks

You can create a new license on our website at https://www.usabilitydynamics.com/product/wp-property-importer

If you are importing RETS data, you may be more interested in our latest creation at https://rets.ci/

    Thank you.

    Hi Eric,

Although the importer is now installed properly, it always stalls after ‘Beginning object cycle.’ Everything worked fine until the site was moved to a new server – same version of PHP, higher spec dedicated server than the original one. The XML feed is downloaded correctly to /public_html/wp-content/uploads/wpp_import_files/temp/xxxxxx. There are fewer than 200 properties in the feed. Any idea what the problem could be please?

    Thanks.

Due to the nature of the process, it’s nearly impossible to troubleshoot without digging into the minutiae of your individual setup (server configuration, wordpress setup, etc). We are not able to provide that level of support via the .org forum or for free for that matter.
