We are very sorry for the delay. Actually, the issue is a bit complex and multiple plugins are involved with this specific issue so because of this it’s taking a bit longer to solve this issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

It could be caching issue, ​If you are using a caching plugin, you need to purge the cache from your plugin option and then deactivate the caching plugin temporally.

And then can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.

Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia or Twenty Twenty. And, check back as well.

Could you please ensure that you are using the latest update of Essential Addons for Elementor version 5.5.2 and Essential Addons for Elementor PRO version 5.4.3 ?

And then try the issue again? Hopefully, it will fix the issue.

And if you still face any issues, Since you are using Essential Addons for Elementor PRO and according to WordPress.org’s policy, all the Pro widget /plugin issues must be handled outside of the WordPress.org so please create a support ticket from here
