So basically just add my custom work to the new php files in the child theme? Will take a look at the docs but assume that’s the best way to proceed.

Absolutely loving it mate. Customised the hell out of it and feel it’s matured well over the course of the year. It is the best Foundation theme out there.

Have read through those links you provided but they don’t get round the fact that the plugin is causing a css conflict with the theme options panel.
Be good to know if there is a simple fix to this as theme authors have said it’s a plugin issue.
