In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Form BackgroundHi there,
It appears Give isn’t installed on the site at the URL I visited linked above.
As for changing padding and page backgrounds for forms and fields, this is typically handled by your sites active theme. Give styles were created more to play nicely with your themes styles of fields so there are less incompatibilities with the many third-party plugins and themes available. There currently aren’t any options for making these changes from the settings in Give, so they would require CSS changes in order to work.
If you would like to make style changes separate of your theme with CSS, since you’re not using a child theme, you can add these changes to the customizer in WordPress. Here’s a link on how to do this:

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Exporting subscription_IDHi there,
Your question revolves around one or more of our paid add-ons (Recurring Donations). The moderators of this forum require that all inquiries about paid products happen elsewhere. Therefore, we have to ask you to please use our Priority Support page for your inquiry and we’ll get back to you very soon:

Hi there,
While this isn’t something that’s available with Give out of the box, this is likely achievable through custom development.
Here is a link to where this functionality is set up in the Give Plugin to help give either you or a developer a better understanding of how this functionality could be extended:
Have a great day!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Tax Deductible ReceiptHi Lucas,
Happy to help. There are three possible options for your donors to view a receipt, I’m also attaching the relevant links to our documention for each option:
1. In the email confirmation that is sent to them.
https://givewp.com/documentation/core/settings/emails/
2. After the donor has submitted their donation on the Donation Confirmation page.
https://givewp.com/documentation/core/settings/general-settings/
3. When the user gains access to their account on your site
https://givewp.com/documentation/core/settings/general-settings/access-control/
In addition, we also offer an addon called PDF Receipts that will generate a PDF Receipt of the donation for your donors to download and keep on file.

Have a great day!

Hi there,
It appears your Give installation doesn’t have sequential ordering turned on.
Navigate to Donations >> Settings >> General (tab) >> Sequential Ordering, and be sure that it’s set to enabled.
What is currently happening on your site is your donation ID’s are being set as a WordPress post ID. Anytime something is created (not just donations) a new ID is formed. This can result in large gaps in your donation ID’s and is why our team developed Sequential Ordering to prevent this from happening.
Once you set the number your donation ID’s are to start at it will increment by one every time a donation is recorded.
Give that a try, and keep me posted.
Hi there,
We have an awesome article that explains how you can populate donor information in donation form fields here:
https://givewp.com/populate-donor-info-one-click/
There is also a link to a code snippet in that article.
While this article walks you through how to populate the Name, Email, and Amount fields. It can be further extended to populate the Company field as well.
Give that a try and keep me posted if you need anything further.
Hi there,
While this is something that’s been requested in the past, there is currently no way to do this with the way Give is built.
Our development is currently working on adding this feature, but this will be a larger undertaking that will take some time to implement.
Because of this, we don’t have an estimated timeline for release but do keep an eye out as we’re constantly releasing new features.
Thanks.
