Hi there, just wondering if when a user makes a donation they have an option of a tax-deductible receipt.

Hi Lucas,
Happy to help. There are three possible options for your donors to view a receipt, I’m also attaching the relevant links to our documention for each option:
1. In the email confirmation that is sent to them.

2. After the donor has submitted their donation on the Donation Confirmation page.

3. When the user gains access to their account on your site

In addition, we also offer an addon called PDF Receipts that will generate a PDF Receipt of the donation for your donors to download and keep on file.
