Hi,
Can you set WP_DEBUG to true and see if there’s an error on the blank screen?
Can you also make sure you’re using the most current version?
Thanks,
Gerroald
Hi,
I haven’t been able to recreate this.
I know you mentioned the different themes, but have you had a chance to enable a WordPress default just in case?
Can you also try disabling all other plugins?
What version of WordPress are the sites using?
Thanks,
Gerroald
Hi,
When you manually add an IP to the Banned Users field and save is it added to the htaccess?

Hi,
Can you try disabling all other plugins and switch to a WordPress default theme and see if that helps?

Hi,
This was likely due to a WordPress Core issue that was resolved in 4.6.1.

Hi,
This is your root directory. Typically it’s public_html, but it can vary depending on your particular setup. Your host can help you identify it.

Hi,
The message is saying that a host AND user has been locked out until that time. Not from the first time to the second time.
When you log in as an admin you’re automatically whitelisted for 24 hours. So locking yourself out will not work. If you want to test the lockouts you’re need to delete the itsec_temp_whitelist row in the yourprefix_optons table while you’re not logged in.
Thanks,

Hi,
You’ll still need to enable with SSL options you’d like after enabling the SSL module.

Hi,
These aren’t rules written by Security. Did removing them help?

Hi,
Have you had a chance to check your PHP error logs to see what’s causing the 500 error?
There isn’t any Security related reason for you to lose your images. Did you recently change the wp-content directory name?
Thanks,
Gerroald
Hi,
You’ll want to check your Security Logs to see why they’re getting locked out. Likely due to hitting too many 404s. If that’s the case your best option is to get them fixed. I’d suggest disabling the 404 Detection feature until you’re able to get this done.
You will need to remove these IPs from your Banned Users field.
Thanks,
Gerroald
Hi,
Can you try disabling the features below and see if that helps?

Hi,
iThemes Security is not a firewall. We officially recommend the Sucuri Firewall.

Hi,
Were you getting an error?
Is it working in 5.6.0?
Can you update once more and let me know if you’re still experiencing this?
Thanks,
Gerroald
