• I’m managing over 20 WP sites, all with iTS plugin, and most are (or were) using the “Database Backups” feature.

At about 60% of these sites the modal dialog “Database Backups” does NOT display the interval setting when “Enable Scheduled Database Backups” is ticked. I can add and remove the check, no change to the dialog.

This happens with different Themes – Weaver xTreme, Avada, Salient, Tatami – so it’s not a problem limited to a particular theme. Nor do I see any XHR request fired in the browser JS Debugger when I (un)check the box. I.e. the associated JS event is probably not being fired, or does nothing.

It would be great if the plugin authors could fix this – in the meantime I have to edit the DB by hand to set the interval. Tipp: You need to change “interval” integer value in the “backup” section of the options table row with the option named “itsec-storage” (there may be older non-used itsec options in your DB if you used iTS for some time).

  • Hi,

I haven’t been able to recreate this.

I know you mentioned the different themes, but have you had a chance to enable a WordPress default just in case?

Can you also try disabling all other plugins?

What version of WordPress are the sites using?

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
