Hi @designu,
Thank you very much for providing the logs and sharing the details.
We are currently investigating the error.
It seems the new columns haven’t been created, which is likely causing this issue.
Please let us know if new statistics are being recorded correctly or if everything is showing as zero.
Also, can you please go to Tools > Site Health > Info, click on “Copy site info to clipboard”, and share the full output with us?
We’d like to check a few things there, including the database version.
We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] The layout of Realtime view gets partially collapsed?Hi @dipstar,
Yes, that’s correct.By default, Slimstat displays the Gravatar icon smaller than 80×80 pixels in the Realtime view.
The default size is 16×16 pixels, as shown in the screenshot below.
Let us know if you have any further questions!

- Click on the “Info” tab at the top.
- Then click the “Copy site info to clipboard” button.

MehmetHi @peq42,
Thanks for your message.
The
_transient_wp_statistics_cache_and_transient_timeout_wp_statistics_cache_Entries are used for temporary caching. Seeing them is normal, but if there are thousands, it may mean expired transients aren’t being cleared properly. Before making any changes, please make sure to take a full backup of your website and database.
You can then use a plugin like Advanced Database Cleaner to safely remove expired transients and help reduce database size.
Let me know if you need further help.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] The layout of Realtime view gets partially collapsed?Hi @dipstar,
Thanks for reaching out.
Currently, SlimStat Analytics doesn’t offer a built-in option to customize the Gravatar size in the Realtime view. If the avatar appears larger than expected (like 80×80), it’s likely that another plugin or a custom style is affecting how avatars are displayed in the dashboard.
If possible, try temporarily deactivating your other plugins one by one to see if the issue resolves. This can help identify if there’s a conflict or style override happening.
Let us know what you find — happy to help further.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Problem with plugin SlimStat AnalyticsHi @lanter56,
Thank you for following up.
If you’re contacting your hosting provider, here’s what you can ask them:
“Can you please check and ensure that the file and folder permissions on my WordPress installation (especially for the
wp-content/plugins/wp-slimstatfolder) are set correctly? Folders should be set to755and files to644. I’d also like to make sure there are no server-side restrictions (like mod_security or firewall rules) that could be blocking SlimStat from collecting or saving analytics data.”This will help rule out any server-level issues that could interfere with the plugin’s functionality.
If you’re looking for professional help, you can check the official WordPress Jobs Board, where many experienced WordPress developers offer their services.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Problem with plugin SlimStat AnalyticsHi @lanter56,
Thank you for your reply, and I appreciate your caution.
Just to clarify, when I mentioned that incorrect file permissions could cause issues, I meant that they can affect not only WP SlimStat but also other plugins on your site.
This is why it’s important to make sure the permissions are set correctly—it helps avoid broader problems across your installation.Since you’re working on a staging site, it’s a safe environment for making these kinds of adjustments.
Also, most hosting providers take regular backups of your site, and you can usually create a manual backup from your hosting control panel before making any changes—just as an extra precaution.if you’re unsure how to proceed, your hosting provider can help check and adjust the permissions.
Let me know how it goes, and feel free to reach out if you need further help.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Problem with plugin SlimStat AnalyticsHi @lanter56,
Thank you for trying those steps.
If possible, please also try the second suggestion—changing the file permissions.
It’s important to ensure the correct permissions are set, as incorrect settings might prevent data from being recorded properly.
This could potentially cause issues not only for our plugin but for others as well.Let me know how it goes!
Best regards,
Mehmet
