It seems the new columns haven’t been created, which is likely causing this issue.

Please let us know if new statistics are being recorded correctly or if everything is showing as zero.

Also, can you please go to Tools > Site Health > Info, click on “Copy site info to clipboard”, and share the full output with us?

We’d like to check a few things there, including the database version.

Yes, that’s correct.

By default, Slimstat displays the Gravatar icon smaller than 80×80 pixels in the Realtime view.

The default size is 16×16 pixels, as shown in the screenshot below.

Currently, SlimStat Analytics doesn’t offer a built-in option to customize the Gravatar size in the Realtime view. If the avatar appears larger than expected (like 80×80), it’s likely that another plugin or a custom style is affecting how avatars are displayed in the dashboard.

If possible, try temporarily deactivating your other plugins one by one to see if the issue resolves. This can help identify if there’s a conflict or style override happening.

Just to clarify, when I mentioned that incorrect file permissions could cause issues, I meant that they can affect not only WP SlimStat but also other plugins on your site.
This is why it’s important to make sure the permissions are set correctly—it helps avoid broader problems across your installation.

Since you’re working on a staging site, it’s a safe environment for making these kinds of adjustments.
Also, most hosting providers take regular backups of your site, and you can usually create a manual backup from your hosting control panel before making any changes—just as an extra precaution.

if you’re unsure how to proceed, your hosting provider can help check and adjust the permissions.

If possible, please also try the second suggestion—changing the file permissions.
It’s important to ensure the correct permissions are set, as incorrect settings might prevent data from being recorded properly.
This could potentially cause issues not only for our plugin but for others as well.
