The logged in user has their billing data already filled in, this is why it’s not showing again.

Was COD the selected payment method in the processed, and the fee was 0 or COD wasn’t the payment method at all?

You can update the extra fee normally.
codpf_rates it’s not a setting of ours.
Please disable any other COD plugins you have and save the settings in our plugin again.Best Regards
