The information is pretty clear under this field:Please note that for WooCommerce versions >= 3.4, this is a built in feature, so if you use the WooCommerce setting, this setting will be disabled. Otherwise leave the WooCommerce setting blank and use our setting.The plugin works 100% properly. If you find any issue, please let me know

Make sure that you haven’t forgot any other COD plugin enabled.
You cannot have two COD plugins together.

This is the way that WooCommerce works. The cod availability is determined, after the guest insert his postal code.
We consider to change this on a future release of our plugin.

This is the way that WooCommerce works. The cod availability is determined, after the guest insert his postal code. You can try it in your site.
