FullStack TeamSure that’s a good idea. But if some products of the order belongs to an excluded category and some other not, should be cod restricted or not? What’s your opinion?
Hi divijc,
Thanks a lot for spotting this issue, although its a warning not an error ( in a production, well configured server, this warning should never appeared ).
We just published an update eliminating this warning.
Please update and confirm that everything works as it should.Best Regards,

In reply to: [Smart COD for WooCommerce] Conflict with 4.8.1 and WooCommerceHi chaosm,
We just released an update fixing the issue.
The smartcod method checking if cod is available or not was called on the menus sections because of the ‘woocommerce endpoints’ option on left menu area.So with a ‘is_checkout()’ conditional everything’s back to normal.
Please update and confirm that everything working as it should.

In reply to: [Smart COD for WooCommerce] Allow COD only for specific countriesHi Albert,
We’ve just issued an update (v1.3), please apply it.
Then go to settings as usual and change the ‘Select the restriction mode’ field from ‘exclude mode’ to ‘include mode’.
Now you can define which countries you want to have the cod gateway available. (Exactly the opposite). Please give me feedback if everything worked as it should.

In reply to: [Smart COD for WooCommerce] Allow COD only for specific countriesAlbert, have you succeeded your goal with the above setup?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Smart COD for WooCommerce] Allow COD only for specific countriesOk lets break it down.
1) Disable ‘Rest of the World’ on field ‘Disable on specific shipping zones’, so only the countries included in your defined shipping zones will have the cod available.
2) Disable the countries ( field ‘Disable on specific countries’ ) that belongs to your shipping zones ( so they have the cod available, since you disabled only the ‘rest of the world’ ) but you don’t want to them to have the cod available.
e.g.
You have a shipping zone called United Kingdom which have England, Scotland and Ireland as zone regions.
You want to have the cod available only for England.
With step 1 ( disabling rest of the world ), only England, Scotland and Ireland will have the cod available.
With step 2 ( disable on specific countries: ‘Scotland, Ireland’ ), you leave only England with cod method available.
