Restrict free COD for specific areas

    Hi I’ve set up the free cod for orders above 80€
    But I want to restrict that for certain areas

    How can I do that?

    This is not a built’in feature of the plugin.
    Please use the wc_smart_cod_fee to achieve this, with the help of a developer.
