To be honest, never heard of a similar issue with WPForms (Lite) before.
WPForms is quit a popular and very good plugin and we have lots of sites that run with WPForms without any issue.The order in which plugins are activated shouldn´t be related, as WordPress first checks for any must-use plugins and load those first.
Then, if you’re running a multisite installation, WordPress checks for plugins that are network-activated and load them.
After this is done, WP checks for all other active plugins by checking active_plugins entry of the wp_options database table, and loops through those. The plugins will be listed alphabetically.

With Swift plugin organizer you can disable plugins on specific pages. It is also available in Lite version.
It might be a conflict with a third party plugin. I assume you have some plugins activated? Can you post here a list of activated plugins?

No, you need to clear cache manually (completely or just clear cache of the page where the Slider is active. You get a general warning in Revolution Slider regarding to caching in general as well.

So you have to learn what elements to exclude. Merge can break certain things because the mechanism doesn’t always load them correctly. You would have this problem with other merge plugins as well.

To be honest, it is not easy to solve this from here. Due to WP forum rules we are not allowed to offer login and take a closer look into this issue.Anyway, in HTTP header I see that Swift is failing. Most likely there will be a plugin conflict or a pseudo query string. You might disable all plugins and reactivate them one by one, to find the conflicting plugin.

Swift is compatible with Varnish, but you need to activate Enable Auto Purge in Settings->Caching->Varnish.
If varnish is enabled, Optimize Prebuild Only and Optimize in Background should be disabled.In general, Varnish can’t improve pageload, but it can decrease the server usage a bit.

I think there is a size limit for GZIP on the server and the combined files are too big for it. You should increase the limit (ask your hosting provider) or exclude some CSS to decrease the file size.
