@mridul174 You linked there to the Blog page on your site, which is not a site that is added by the WooCommerce plugin. That is a default page of the WordPress core software.

That leads me to believe this isn’t an issue with Woo, but with the way that your theme styles these pages. It sounds like you’d want pages to be styled in full-width, but these pages aren’t styled like that.

I’d recommend reaching out to your theme developer for suggestions on how to modify the styling of those pages.

If they are unable to help, you might want to look into the possibility of:

    1. Hiring a developer to make this style changes for you.
    2. Looking for a different theme that better fits the idea you have in mind.

@starplayer Was the dashboard showing stats before and was suddenly emptied, or has it not shown any stats since it was introduced?

If it has never shown data, it might be that you still need to import historical data into the new analytics feature. You can do that by navigating to Analytics > Settings, and scroll down to the section titled Import Historical Data.

@kojoprint I’d recommend the Advanced Shipping Packages extension. This plugin will enable you to split your cart into different packages, and its package can have its own set of shipping methods.

So you can create a special package for the item that includes free shipping, and only enable that method in that box. Other items can go into a separate box that does not have free shipping enabled.

@jman81298 Attributes by themselves cannot be imported using a CSV file. As you mentioned, they can be added as part of a product import, but not on their own.

They would have to be created as part of a product CSV import in order for them to be added onto your store.

@om2 Could you share more details about the particular features you are looking for in such a plugin?

That would allow other users to give better suggestions in case they do know of plugins that meet those requirements.

The settings tab that used to be called “Checkout” was retired a few years ago. Most of the settings that used to be found there were dispersed to three different places:

    1. The new “Payments” tab.
    2. The “Advanced” tab.
    3. The Customizer – options will be available by going to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce

    I hope this helps!

@sbraunm I’d recommend chatting with your host, see if they can check PHP logs and query data to track down what is causing your site to perform those actions slowly.

@maryamait123 Is that something you can share here? Other users might benefit from that bit of knowledge in the future. Thanks!

@lpestudio It sounds like you are having trouble with the mini-cart not displaying products properly. I visited your site but I was unable to see this behavior. After I added a product to the cart, it showed up correctly in the mini cart.

Are there any special steps that need to be followed in order to see the behavior you described? The more details we can have, the better.

@myfakename I don’t think you are doing anything wrong. WooCommerce customers are WordPress users. They will be listed under the Users page – that is expected.

As for the Customers section that is located before the WooCommerce top-level menu item, customers will only appear there once they have placed at least one purchase.

    I hope this helps!

@grapheezy I tested this out on my end but I didn’t notice any issues with the pricing. When I select different variations, the price updates accordingly.

    See here:

Are you seeing something different? Is this happening with only one product in particular?

@tomsychau From the settings of WooCommerce you can configure shipping to be forced to the billing address. That’s configured from WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Destination.

However, if that option is enabled, this will apply to all shipping methods. It won’t just be forced for the local pickup method.

Modifying that behavior would require customization. If you need any coding help, you can reach out to one of WooCommerce’s customization partners:

    https://woocommerce.com/customizations

They’d be able to give you a clearer idea about the scope of the project and quote you for their services.

One of the first things I’d recommend in troubleshooting this type of speed issues, would be ruling out the possibility of the slowdown being caused by other plugins.

Slowdowns like this can often be present because your server is running out of resources. So, it’s a possibility that there might be a plugin (or plugins) that is using up a lot of your server’s resources, causing the site to run slowly.

To verify this, you’ll want to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront. Then, disable all plugins on the site except for WooCommerce, and test for the issue. If the speed improves significantly, you’ll then have to re-enable features one by one, while testing for the issue; until you find out which one is causing this behavior.

We recommend that these steps are taken on a staging site, which is a clone of your live site that you can modify without risking making any permanent damage to your live site. You can create it using a plugin like WP-Staging: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

This plugin lets you copy and redeploy a WordPress site with minimal work.

If it’s important for you to have this feature now, you may consider a custom-tailored solution for your site that extends the default features of our plugin. If you need any coding help, you can reach out to one of our customization partners:
