Hi @diegomendez,
Greetings! Thanks for contacting us.
You can use the input field name as a shortcode “[mf-email]” to get the user’s mail from auto-reply or other fields [screenshot]. Here you can see the short video for a better understanding. Hope it will help.

Hi @pugboy,
We appreciate your feedback! You can easily turn off the admin message by unchecking the option from MetForm > Get Help. Here’s a screenshot.

Hi @ignacioj,
If you’re using the ‘Post Name’ permalink structure, the notice shouldn’t appear. It seems to be specific to your environment. Try clearing your cache if you’re using a caching plugin and see if that resolves the issue.
If the issue persists, it may require a closer inspection of your site. Please feel free to reach out to our support forum through the plugin’s details page for further assistance.

Hi @ignacioj,
Apologies for the inconvenience! Please follow these steps to reset the permalink structure:
1. Reset the permalink following this video.
2. Clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.
3. Regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries from Elementor > Tools [screenshot].
Hope it will help.

Hi @cegasol,
I couldn’t reproduce the issue on your site. If I click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button from the Cart page [screenshot], it redirects me to your home page instead of the checkout page.
Please ensure that you’re using the default checkout page of WooCommerce. Either recreate the default pages from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Recreate default WooCommerce pages [screenshot]. After that assign the right checkout page from the WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced [screenshot].
Hope this info will help.

Hi @jdperez1950,
This issue primarily relates to the payment method plugin you’re using. If the integration is set up correctly, it should redirect you to the payment page seamlessly. I’ve tested your site and tried the checkout process [screenshot], it successfully created an order and redirected me to the payment page as expected [screenshot].

Hi @giovannida,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
The
the_contentfunction is managed by the theme you’re using. Try switching temporarily to a default WordPress theme, such as Hello Elementor, and then switch back to your current theme to see if the issue persists. Also, try using a different permalink structure from Settings [screenshot].Hope it will help.

Hi @vallesierra7,
Thanks for contacting us! I’ve checked the Tablepress widget and shortcode both ways. It seems fine on my end [screenshot]. To troubleshoot the issue, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that you’re using the latest version of Elementor and ElementsKit.
- After updating the table info, please reload the page.
- Clear all kinds of cache from the site and browser, also check from Incognito mode.
- Regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries from Elementor > Tools [screenshot].
Hope it will help.

Thanks!
Hi @frolig,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m sorry to let you know that this feature isn’t currently available in MetForm. Right now, files can only be attached to the email as a link.
While we barely provide custom code support for such requests, we’d encourage you to submit this idea as a feature request on our plugin details page.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
Kind Regards
Hi @jkhomepages,
Thanks for sharing the screenshots. I’ve already forwarded the matter to our development team. Hope it will be updated in future releases. Stay tuned!

Hi @jkhomepages,
It seems the links you shared are unavailable to visit. Are you referring to the ‘nav’ tag? If so, you’re right! The ElementsKit Nav Menu does include a ‘div’ tag before the ‘ul’. I’ll make sure to forward this to our development team, and we hope to update it in a future release. Stay tuned for updates, and thank you for your valuable feedback!
