.ekit-nav-dropdown-hover .elementskit-dropdown-has .elementskit-dropdown {

Greetings! Thanks for contacting us.
I’ve checked the pricing list info icon, it seems fine on my end with the latest version [screenshot]. You may follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Please try to switch the Inline font icons from Elementor > Settings > Features [screenshot].
- Clear all kinds of cache and history from your site and browser.
- Regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries from Elementor > Tools [screenshot].

Hi @wpsupacc,
I appreciate your time and effort in checking the issue. Our main concern is resolving it; however, we have been unable to reproduce the issue on our development end. It’s should display the four basic icon indicators [screenshot]. Ensure that there is no internal conflict on your end.
- Switch to a default WordPress theme like Hello Elementor, and check if the icon appears.
- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except for ElementsKit, and Elementor and see if the issue persists.
- Reactivate the plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
Please ignore the earlier reply with the GIF. As per WordPress community standards, we’re not allowed to share any features of the pro version here.
Best Regards

Hi @yaojitiangong ,
Thank you for your feedback. Based on your statement, it seems the issue might be specific to an environmental conflicts. We haven’t faced similar issues with blocks, templates, settings, or containers in our testing.
There are no duplicate blocks. GutenKit provides multiple pre-made demos with various block styles for quick and flexible design options. Many templates are part of the GutenKit Pro version.
We’re sorry about your experience. Please contact our Support Forum with details or a short video of the issue. We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly.
A one-star review without prior communication is disheartening. We hope to address your concerns and kindly ask you to reconsider your review once the issue is resolved.

Hi @paulshultz,
Greetings! Thanks for contacting us.
With the ElementsKit Blog Posts widget, you can only query posts by category, and everything appears to be working correctly on our end [screenshot]. Currently, there isn’t a controller available to query posts by tags.
Please make sure that there are no internal conflicts with the plugins or theme you’re using. I would request to run a conflict test with the following steps:
- Ensure that you’re using the latest versions of the Elementor and ElementsKit
- Clear browser/site cache and cookies and check from Incognito mode.
- Regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries from Elementor > Tools [screenshot].
- Run a plugin/theme compatibility test
– Switch to a default WordPress theme like Hello Elementor, and check if it resolves the issue or not.
– Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except for ElementsKit and Elementor to see if the issue persists.
– Reactivate the plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
