Hi @amitsksingh,
Thanks for reaching out. Yes, you can set specific duration, timeframe and steps for your individual courses [screenshot]. Once you select the date from the calendar, it will display the available time slot in the frontend appearance [screenshot].
Yes, you can do that with the free version. Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
RegardsHi @geppert,
Thanks for reaching out. Please check the ‘Block time slots from X hours from the current time’ in the Settings > Booking Rules [screenshot]. Also, check your preparation time under individual service settings [screenshot].
RegardsHi @szymonwordpress,
I appreciate your understanding and support.
Thanks!Hi @szymonwordpress,
Thanks for reaching out. To translate those strings, you’ll need to use either Polylang or WPML, as not all of our strings are fully compatible with Loco Translate at the moment. We’re aware of this limitation, and it should be improved in our upcoming releases.
I appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Hi @gad123,
Since you’re getting error ‘Contact form not found’, you have to assign the form to the Service. Please follow this [screenshot].
RegardsHi @gad123,
The shortcode you shared is the Contact Form 7 shortcode that’s used to embed the form inside Webba Booking > Personal Details in version 5. Since your form is not currently connected to Webba, the shortcode appears blank on the frontend.
This means the form was previously linked with Contact Form 7, but for some reason it’s no longer connected. That’s likely why the shortcode is now showing as empty.
You may try activating the Contact Form 7 form and assign the form in Webba Service settings, and it should work again. If you need further assistance, please feel free to ask.
RegardsHi @gad123,
This is one of the key differences between version 6 and version 5. Version 6 includes its own built-in form builder, while version 5 relies on the Contact Form 7 plugin for the Personal Details step and form configuration.
If you prefer to stay on version 5, I recommend using version 5.1.26, which is the latest and most stable release in the v5 series. Here’s the download link: [download link].
Thanks!

Hi @ochoimedio,
I’ve checked your booking page, and it appears you’re using version 5. Could you please confirm the exact version number? When I click on a service, an error appears [screenshot], and I’m unable to submit the form.
Please note that, according to the WordPress community guidelines, we’re not allowed to request your login access here. For further troubleshooting, kindly reach out to us through our support forum, you can find it on the plugin details page > “View support.”
Thanks!Hi @geekayhu ,
I’d like to let you know that the issue has been fixed in version 6.1.1. Please update the plugin to the latest version and check if everything works properly.
If you’re waiting for the patches for version 5.1.26, they’re already in progress and will be released soon.
Thanks!Hi @ochoimedio,
Could you please double-check? Still it require password to visit the page [screenshot]. Did you try the steps I mentioned earlier? I’m happy to help troubleshoot.
Thanks
Hi @ochoimedio,
Thanks for sharing the link, but it requires a password to view the page [screenshot]. Could you please make it public?
In the meantime, please check the following points:
- Make sure your SMTP configuration is working properly.
- Confirm there are no duplicate templates with the same trigger and recipient.
- Deactivate all templates except the Admin Notification template and see if the issue continues.
- Check your spam or junk folder to see if the email was delivered there.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks!Hi @ochoimedio,
Thanks for reaching out. The email notification should be sent automatically once the form is submitted, regardless of the booking status. Could you please share your booking page URL so I can take a look?
RegardsHi @emiwedev,
Thanks for reaching out to us. When assigning the day, please make sure you’ve also set the time for each individual day.
Additionally, ensure that you’ve created a product in WooCommerce and added its Product ID under Service → Pricing.
Since you’re using the Pro version, we recommend contacting our priority support directly through the form in the Webba admin panel. As per WordPress community guidelines, we’re unable to discuss Pro features here.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
