Displaying Fixed Time Slots Per Course in Webba Booking (Free Version)

    Dear Webba Support Team,

    I am currently using the free version of the Webba Booking plugin and need your guidance regarding time slot configuration.

    I have three different courses, and each course has its own duration and availability. I would like to display fixed time slots for each course, based on the course duration.

    For example:

    • Course A duration: 2 hours
    • Time slot shown to users: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    • Other courses may have different time slots (e.g., 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM) and may be available on different or same dates

    My requirement is that users should select a course and then see only its predefined time slots (such as 10 AM–12 PM), without using staff members.

    Could you please confirm:

    • If this is possible in the free version
    • And the recommended way to configure fixed time slots per course

    Hi @amitsksingh,

    Thanks for reaching out. Yes, you can set specific duration, timeframe and steps for your individual courses [screenshot]. Once you select the date from the calendar, it will display the available time slot in the frontend appearance [screenshot].

    Yes, you can do that with the free version. Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
