Hi @neo2k23,
We are aware of this situation. As you know, jQuery 4.0 is still in its beta version, and the stable release has not been made available yet. Once the stable version is officially released, we will promptly update the plugin to ensure compatibility. Thank you for your patience and continued support.

Hi @novruzov90,
Greetings! Thanks for contacting us.In your screenshot and page link, none of the links are visible. To troubleshoot the issue, please follow these steps:
- Make sure that you’re using the latest versions of the Elementor and ElementsKit.
- Clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, or server, also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.
- Regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries from Elementor > Tools [screenshot].
- Make sure that your server is configured according to Elementor System requirements:
– PHP time limit = 300 & PHP memory limit = 512M or more
If you’re unsure how to configure these, please contact your hosting provider; they’ll do this for you. You can see your current configurations from Tools > Site Health > Info > Server (video).

ArifHi @mpjunior85,
Thank you for reaching out! Please note that the Advanced Slider widget is part of the ElementsKit Pro version, and we’re unable to discuss Pro features here according to WordPress community standards.
Could you also let me know which PHP version you’re currently using? We couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. ElementsKit Pro is now at version 3.7.0, and we always recommend keeping your version up to date for the best output. Since this involves a Pro feature, feel free to contact our support team through the plugin’s details page. We’d be happy to assist you further!
Kind Regards

Hi @paconsite,
Hope you are well. I noticed some console errors on your form page [screenshot], which seem specific to your environment. Could you please clear all kinds of caches and try recreating the form with the same fields to see if the issue persists?
If the issue continues, feel free to reach out to our support forum via the plugin details page. We’ll be happy to inspect and resolve the issue.

Hi @paconsite,
I appreciate your time and effort in testing this. Since I couldn’t reproduce the issue on my test site, everything works fine without code changes [screenshot].
However, I’ll discuss the adjustments you made with our development team and keep you updated on any further developments.

Hi @alexisfontana74,
Sorry for the inconvenience you have. If it stops working suddenly, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that the Store Entries option is enabled in the form settings [screenshot] and confirm that you’re using the latest versions of both Elementor and MetForm.
- Clear all caches from your website, including plugin, browser, server, or CDN (e.g., Cloudflare). Also, if you’re using a Cache/Optimization plugin, try disabling it temporarily.
- Regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries by going to Elementor > Tools [screenshot].
- Check your SMTP configuration to ensure it’s properly set up. If SMTP is correctly configured, try creating a new form and test it with Gmail.

Hi @rz1990,
The default width for the Flatpickr calendar is set to 280px. To make it responsive and inherit the full width of its container, you can use the following code:
.flatpickr-calendar{
width: inherit !important;
}Please copy and paste this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Hope it will resolve the issue.

Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Issue with cacheHi @mini18,
It looks like your WordPress site isn’t caching pages properly, and the server response time is too slow. Here’s a simple way to fix it:
- Install a Good Caching Plugin: Try WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, or LiteSpeed Cache stick with one to avoid conflicts.
- Set Up the Plugin Right: Make sure page caching is enabled and clear the cache after setting it up.
- Check with Your Hosting Provider: They can help ensure that caching is working properly from their end.
- Reduce Active Plugins: Too many plugins can slow things down. Keep only the essentials.
- Optimize Your Site: Compress images, and consider using a CDN to speed up loading times.
Best Regards
