Hi @jinpark96 ,
- I’m sorry, it’s based on a specific date and time slot. You can’t select the date within the range like check-in and check-out.
- Yes, you can override holidays and possible to book on holidays.
Thanks!

Hi@mariabeyondplans ,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share how you’ve configured the Booking Rules? Any screenshot would be helpful to see. I’ve just checked your form, and it comes with the appropriate number of slots for the time [screenshot].
Looking forward to your reply.Hi @eugeneverhart,
We’ve released MetForm v4.0.4 to address the issues mentioned above. You’ll now find individual background color and padding controls inside the MetForm Date field, allowing you to override the Elementor Global Style [screenshot].
Give it a try and let us know your feedback. We’d truly appreciate a five-star rating!
Thanks for your patience and support!Hi @eugeneverhart,
Yes, we’re aware of those issues, and our team has already addressed them. The fixes will be included in our upcoming updates, so stay tuned!
Thanks for your patience and support!
Hi @eugeneverhart,
It looks like you’re using the form inside a narrow container. Since you’re planning to include a Date field with a calendar, we recommend adjusting the layout to better accommodate the calendar’s design. You can also consider placing the Date field on the left side for a more balanced look [screenshot].

ArifHi @eugeneverhart,
Greetings! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This isn’t actually a bug but rather an area for improvement. Since the MetForm Calendar is based on Elementor, it inherits styling from Elementor’s global settings. Currently, the Year input field doesn’t have a dedicated color control, which is why it’s pulling the color from the global controller.
That said, I’ve forwarded this to our development team for further inspection. We’ll consider it for improvement in one of our upcoming releases.
Thanks again for your valuable feedback!

Hi @aberenguer,
Greetings! Thanks for reaching out to us.It seems specific to your environment only. Please ensure that there is no internal conflict with the theme or plugins you’re using. To troubleshoot:
- Try switching your theme to a default one like Hello Elementor.
- Deactivate all other plugins except Elementor and ElementsKit to see if the issue persists.
- Reactivate the plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
Let us know the outcome or if further assistance is needed!

ArifHi @eikogel,
Greetings! Thanks for reaching out to us.I can’t see the screenshot you shared. Ensure that the ElementsKit Items are checked under the Elementor > Settings > Post Type [screenshot].
You may also try switching your theme to a default theme like ‘Hello Elementor’. If the issue persists, reinstall the ElementsKit plugin and complete the onboarding steps. I hope this helps.

Greetings! Thanks for reaching out to us.
I checked your site and didn’t find any issues with the header. It looks like it may have been updated since then. The problem earlier could have been caused by a conflict between your theme and plugins.
If the issue happens again, please share a screenshot or page link so I can take another look and help you fix it.

ArifHi,
Could you please try clearing all the cache from your website and browser? Additionally, if you’re using any Cache/Optimization plugins, try disabling them temporarily. After that, regenerate the CSS and sync your Elementor libraries by navigating to Elementor > Tools.
If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to our support center via the plugin details page. It might require further inspection directly from your dashboard.

Hi @netxperia,
Greetings! Thanks for contacting us.
I’ve checked your form, and it seems that the scrolling behavior is inconsistent—sometimes it scrolls, and other times it doesn’t. This isn’t an issue with MetForm itself. The behavior might be caused by page scrolling features in your theme or other plugins. To troubleshoot:
- Try switching your theme to a default one like Hello Elementor.
- Deactivate all other plugins except Elementor and MetForm to see if the issue persists.
- Reactivate the plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
Hope it will help.
