Could you please double-check the widget name? ElementsKit doesn’t include a widget named “Ratings.” If you’re referring to the Testimonial widget, I’ve tested it and couldn’t identify any style or typography issues on our end.

Thank you for reaching out to us! You can adjust the button position by navigating to WP Social > Style Settings > Primary Content and Fixed Display [screenshot]. Additionally, individual page settings allow for further customization [screenshot].
If you’re using shortcodes, you can simply remove the shortcode from pages where you don’t want the buttons to appear.

The parent menu item is linkable and clickable when you’re using the dropdown menu set to Hover. If you switch to Click, both the parent menu item and the dropdown will be clickable.
Please ensure your dropdown menu is configured to Hover in the ElementsKit > Header > ElementsKit Nav Menu widget for the desired functionality [screenshot].

Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the matter:
- Make sure that you’re using the latest versions of the Elementor.
- Clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.
- Regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries from Elementor > Tools [screenshot].
- Try with a different permalink structure from Settings [screenshot].
- If the issue persists even after that run a plugin/theme compatibility test:
– Switch to a default theme like Hello Elementor, and check if it resolves the issue or not.
– Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except for ElementsKit and Elementor and see if the issue persists.
– Reactivate the plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.Best Regards

Thanks for contacting us. Could you please specify and share a screenshot of how you’ve added the menu? Make sure you’ve created the Header in ElementsKit > Header [screenshot] and assigned the menu using the ElementsKit Nav Menu widget [screenshot].
