Hi @dharangokul143,
Thanks for contacting us. If you use multiple add-ons in one platform, it may conflict with your environment. I would request to run a conflict test with the following steps:
- Switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
- If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for ElementsKit, and Elementor to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

Hi @programmin,
Thanks for reaching out to us. We have already forwarded the matter to our development team for further investigation. If we find anything unusual with the nonce value, it will be updated in our next plugin update releases.
Appreciate your time and effort for letting us know the matter.

Hi,
I sent you the screenshot of how it was looking. Anyway, Thanks for activating the MetForm and sharing the form page again. I can see there is a React DOM error on the console (screenshot).
The DOM Error most of the time appears due to-
- Using HTML Markup on the Form. Since our Metform is developed using the REACT framework, it will not parse the Invalid HTML/External HTML Markups/Symbol character and as a result, the form will not display on the Frontend or give this type of error. Most often, the Markups come from external widgets like- The text Editor Widget. Please check the console of that page you have integrated the Metform. Removing those external HTML/Widgets/Invalid symbols from the form will solve the issue.
- Caching plugin. Sometimes, the Caching plugin Minifies one of the core files of MetForm and that causes the form to not appear on the Frontend and stop working. Since the Metform is already minified for giving the best performance, it doesn’t require any additional modification. So as you are using an optimization or caching plugin, can you please check by disabling that? If that solves your issue.
Kind Regards,
ArifHi @sethgambit,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I can see you’re using another form instead of the MetForm (screenshot). MetForm may not appear in the frontend for multiple reasons. For example, Cache plugin, if you use any invalid HTML tag or code in the form, if you use any expression or symbol character in the input value, or if there is any conflict with the theme or plugin on your environment.
Please share the form page link after activating the MetForm and the form so that we can inspect your issue.

Hi @chris15326 ,
We have a 14-day money-back guarantee according to our Refund Policy (screenshot). We replied to your every single query since the purchase and never encountered any issues at all.
We sent you the refund policy and you’re aware that it’s beyond our policy if “you simply change your mind.” (screenshot).
After that, you requested to cancel the subscription instead of the refund. We’ve already canceled your subscription and informed you respectively.
Still, we are happy to help. I hope you will rethink the review. A one-star review can directly affect the reputation. We expect your gracious cooperation in this matter.
Best Regards,
ArifHi @webgirish,
Yes, you are right. In terms of One-page scrolling settings, the Nav Menu Hover color is working as an Active color. As a workaround solution, you can use the Hover color instead of extra code. I’m forwarding the issue to the Development team for further investigation. Hope it will be solved in our next plugin releases.
Kind Regards
Arif
Hi @webgirish,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’ve checked your site, it seems alright. Only the active nav is changing the color, not all navigation (screenshot). If you change the color for the active nav, it’ll appear on the active nav only. Make sure that there is no other color selected from your Theme or custom CSS end.

Arif

Hi @alexisfontana74,
Thanks for sharing the update with the screenshot. I’ve got your point now. If you turn off the label, it will show the default input type only. I would request to use the label enabling. It will solve your issue. In the meantime, I will discuss the matter with our Development team if there is any way to improve the UX.

Hi @burcuerden,
I’ve checked your site and found an error regarding the React DOM error (screenshot).
The DOM Error most of the time appears due to using HTML Markup on the Form. Since our Metform is developed using the REACT framework, it will not parse the Invalid HTML/External HTML Markups/Symbol character in the value and as a result, the form will not display on the Frontend or give this type of error. Most often, the Markups come from external widgets like- The text Editor Widget. Please check the console of that page where you have integrated the Metform. Removing those external HTML/Widgets/Invalid symbols from the form will solve the issue.
Make sure that you’re using the latest versions of the Elementor and MetForm. If you didn’t use any invalid HTML and symbol in the value, try to recreate the same form and see if the issue persists.
Kind Regards,
ArifThanks for contacting us. Make sure you are using a unique name for each field (video). It should appear what Label Name and Value is inserted in the form field.
Check that you’re using the latest versions of the Elementor and MetForm plugins.
Clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.
Try with different email address like Gmail instead of your present email and see if the issue persists.

Hi @boparker,
I hope you are well. We are concerned about your issue. But we couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. It seems fine. But you can try after removing the mobile menu logo from the ElementsKit Nav Menu widget. It would be great if you share any screencast to reproduce the issue. I could inform the matter to Dev Team.

In reply to: [WP Ultimate Review] Some design issuesHi @mhasan,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’ve seen the ratings line, yes it’s getting some extra margin. Please use this custom CSS to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.xs-review-overview-list.custom-rat .border-div {
margin: 0px 0px !important;
}Hope it will resolve the issue.

Hi @kamilkarim,
Thanks for contacting us. I’ve seen your site. Google Pay Service appears as an alternative checkout on the site. May I know which plugin you’re using for G Pay services? Please make sure that you’re using the default checkout page of WooCommerce and that Google Pay is selected as a payment gateway from WooCommerce > Payment. There shouldn’t be any widget of Google Pay in the Checkout page/template.

Arif
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’ve checked your site. I can see all of your forms are appearing fine Service page, Contact page, and Subscription in the footer.
It may happen due to the cache plugin, if you’re using one. Let me know if you need further assistance regarding the issue.
Best Regards
Arif
