Hi @elo8617,
I apologize for the inconvenience. We are concerned about the issue. It’s happening due to the latest versions of the Elementor. If you notice the error file location, it belongs to the Elementor end. The same issue appeared a few months ago but it resolved automatically after the Elementor version update.
As a workaround solution, please disable the module from ElementsKit > Module > One Page Scroll (screenshot), if you are not using the “One page scroll” and see if the issue exists or not.
Our Dev Team is highly alert regarding the issue. If there are any solutions from our end, we will update the plugin accordingly. I appreciate your kind cooperation and patience.
Kind Regards,
ArifHi @thomas1999,
Greetings! Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please make sure that there is no internal conflict with the Theme or Plugins you’re using. I would suggest running a conflict test with the following steps:
1. Switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists.
2. If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for ElementsKit, and Elementor to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
3. Try after changing the permalink from Settings.
Let us know your update, please.
Best Regards,
ArifHi @nataliiatop
Thanks for contacting us. Not in any specific post type. But you can disable the widgets and modules that you are not using on your site. That will disable all associated assets of those widgets to improve your site loading speed. Please check this screenshot.

Hi @mmazhari
Thanks for sharing the details. According to your site performance, I can see the MegaMenu is loading within as usual time even lower than other elements (screenshot).
I would like to inform you that we have implemented industry-standard code practices as well as minified, optimized code to get the best out of it. To get the lightweight of the plugin you can disable the widgets and modules that you are not using on your site. That will disable all associated assets of those widgets to improve your site loading speed. Please check this screenshot.
Kind Regards
Arif

ArifHi,
There are a few options you can check in the WP mail smtp plugin. WP Mail SMTP supports different mailer options, such as SMTP, SendinBlue, and other email services. Changing the mailer to one of these supported options can resolve the issue. To do this, go to the WP Mail SMTP settings in your WordPress dashboard and update the mailer settings to use SMTP or another supported mailer.
Ensure that your email configuration (SMTP settings, sender email, etc.) is correctly set up within WP Mail SMTP. You can also get help from your hosting support regarding this matter.

Arif

Hi @mmazhari,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’ve checked your site, it seems right to me. But I barely know how much it’s affecting your CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) core web vitals. It would be great if you kindly elaborate on the difference in your site performance. In the meantime, you can apply the following steps:
Clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.
After that regenerate the CSS and Sync Library from Elementor > Tools (screenshot) and make sure that you’re using the latest versions of the plugins.

Arif
Hi @azhar111,
In most cases it happens due to the cache. Please clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.
After that regenerate the CSS and Sync Library from Elementor > Tools (screenshot) and make sure that you’re using the latest versions of the plugins.
By the way, your site is under construction. So I couldn’t visit your site.

Arif
Hi @alexisfontana74,
We barely find this type of issue with Gmail. Gmail is the most convenient way to receive email. Please check your spam/junk folder on your Gmail end, if the email reaches there. Also, check your SMTP status on your server end with this plugin.

Arif
Hi @agrajal,
Yes, you are right. It fetches the same ID and data to every popup while using the Loop Builder. I’m forwarding the matter to our Dev team for further investigation. Hope it will be fixed on our next plugin update. I really appreciate your time and effort to resolve the issue.
Thanks a lot,
Arif
Hi @juanchopaul23,
Be informed that responsive breakpoints work from the ElementsKit Nav Menu widget controller only (screenshot). The custom breakpoints from Elementor won’t work over the ElementsKit Nav Menu widget. I apologize for the inconvenience you have had.
Our team is concerned about the matter. Hope the custom breakpoints will be added to the ElementsKit Nav Menu widget in our future plugin update. Stay with us.
Best Regards
Arif
