Hi @guev4ra,
Thanks for letting us know about Astras pro mega menu feature and you guidelines. I will inform the matter to our Dev team.
I really appreciate your kind cooperation on this matter.
Thank you so much.
Hi @guev4ra,
Thanks for letting us know the update with details. I really appreciate your time and effort regarding the issue. But it’s different from what you addressed before. I’m afraid that we hardly provide any custom code support like this. I barely know your website and the implementation on your end. Usually, we don’t recommend using any custom code to modify our plugin behavior. It may conflict with your existing environment or after the next plugin update release.
Thanks for understanding me.
Best Regards,
Arif
Hi @santiagouzal,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Yes, you can use hidden input field data in the Submit Button. Hidden field data fetch only static data, you can see the video to learn more about it. I hope it will help.

ArifHi @westu,
It should remove if you use it in the CSS like “button {outline: none !important; border: none !important;}”. Anyway, I can’t guess your button border style without seeing your site. I would request to share your website link so that I could inspect your header and outline border properly.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards
Arif
Hi @guev4ra,
I understand your concern. According to your query, I’ve checked the MegaMenu with multiple environments, it’s loading fine on my end (video). Even all of my ElementsKit Widgets and Modules are active.
If your header part and page content is heavy to load, then it may catch your eye. So it depends on the server, and how heavy page content you’re using.
Please be informed that we have implemented industry-standard code practices as well as minified, optimized code to get the best out of it.
Thanks for understanding me.
Regards
Arif
Hi @westu,
Thanks for contacting us. It would be great if you could share your live website link, as you’re using custom CSS. Anyway, the default border option is located in the ElementesKit Nav Menu widget > Style > Menu Item Style (screenshot). Hope it will help.

Hi @guev4ra,
Thanks for contacting us. Yes, you’re right, it takes a bit to load the JS of MegaMenu, but it depends on the initial response time from the server you’re using.
In order to improve your initial loading time, you can increase your PHP Memory Limit on your site health end.

Hi,
I regret to inform you that we’re not authorized to provide support with custom codes. I would request you to submit this idea as a feature request. If we get more requests like this, definitely we will add this in the near future.

Hi @mikeypowel1 ,
Thanks for contacting us. In order to get a special tag, you can use our hidden input field in the submit button (screenshot).
To get the IP address, you have to enable the Capture Browser Data in the Form Settings (screenshot). After that, it will appear in the Form > Entries > Browser Data (screenshot).
Hope it will help.

Hi,
In most cases, it happens when someone removed the WooCmmerce default pages. That’s why I stated it first. If your pages exist, I would request you reset your permalink structures following this video.
Also, clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one and see if the issue persists.
If the issue persists even after that, please reinstall both plugins WooCommerce and ShopEngine. In this case, make sure that you’re using the latest versions of plugins.

ArifHi @jptailfashion,
Thanks for sharing the screenshots. It may happen due to the Theme you’re using. BTW, you can use this CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.ekit-wid-con .elementskit-clients-slider .swiper-container:not(.swiper-container-initialized) .swiper-slide {
max-width: 100% !important;
margin: 5px !important;
}It’s working fine after applying this css (screenshot). Hope it will solve your style issue.

Arif
Hi @shekharsharad ,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. Sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with the ShopEngine Plugin.
Responsive issues were appearing due to the theme you’re using that we already mentioned. After that, you faced another issue with Product Carousel, and the solution was already provided by our Support forum. Still, your issue is under our observation, we’re working on that.
We always value our customer feedback. There are a lot of themes in the open sources. If any issues come up with the Theme compatibility, we tried to fix that in no time and release that in the next update.
Sometimes this kind of issue can happen due to environmental conflicts. We have found your ticket in our support center and we’ve provided the solution for two issues, we’re working on your third issue. It’s working fine in our environment. But the issues are appearing on your environment end.
But, what disappoints us a bit is suddenly you’ve rated us one star! A one-star review can directly affect the reputation. I hope you can understand.
I hope you will rethink the review after getting a resolution from us. Expecting your kind cooperation in this matter and we are always ready to assist you.
Best Regards,
ArifHi @bn4ysales,
Thanks for contacting us. There are a few steps you can take to identify and fix the changed permalinks in WordPress. Here’s what you can do:
- Revert permalink structure: If you remember the previous permalink structure, you can try reverting it back to its original state. To do this, go to your “Settings” -> “Permalinks,” and select the previous permalink structure option. Save the changes, and it should restore the old permalinks.
- Use a broken link checker plugin: There are several WordPress plugins available that can help identify broken links on your site. One such plugin is “Broken Link Checker.” Here’s how you can use it:
- Go to Plugins > Add New.” Search for “Broken Link Checker” in the search bar. <span style=”background-color: initial; font-size: inherit;”>You can find the plugin settings in Link Checker. </span>The plugin will scan your website for broken links, including the changed permalinks. It will display a list of broken links, and you can edit them to fix the permalinks accordingly.
- Use a database search and replace tool: If you’re comfortable working with your WordPress site’s database, you can use a search and replace tool to find and replace the changed permalinks directly in the database. One popular plugin for this purpose is “Better Search Replace.” Here’s how you can use it:
- Install and activate the “Better Search Replace” plugin. Go to “Tools” -> “Better Search Replace” screenshot. In the “Search for” field, enter the changed part of the permalink you want to revert. In the “Replace with” field, enter the original part of the permalink you want to restore. Select the database tables to search (typically, all tables starting with
wp_). Deselect the “Run as dry run?” option to perform the actual search and replace. Click the “Run Search/Replace” button.
- Install and activate the “Better Search Replace” plugin. Go to “Tools” -> “Better Search Replace” screenshot. In the “Search for” field, enter the changed part of the permalink you want to revert. In the “Replace with” field, enter the original part of the permalink you want to restore. Select the database tables to search (typically, all tables starting with
Hope it will help.

Hi @dalstonwrap,
Thanks for contacting us. WP Fundraising doesn’t have this feature to add pledges.
But you Create a custom pledge form with the MetForm on your website where donors can enter their information and the amount they wish to pledge. This form will capture the donor’s name, email address, and any other relevant details. Once you receive a pledge through this form, you will be able to track and contact them by email.

Hi @seven009,
I’ve checked you website. Maybe you’ve removed default WooCommerce Pages like shop, cart, checkout and Myaccount. Please be informed that the ShopEngine is based on WooCommerce plugin. When you create a Shop Template from ShopEngine > Builder templates, it will override default WooCommerce Shop page. It won’t work without WooCommerce default pages.
In order to recreate default WooCommerce pages, please go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Create default WooCommerce pages.
After that, create required templates from ShopEngine > Builder Templates and make it active.
Now you can assign the shop page in the button URL as “/shop”, it will redirect you to the shop page.
Details in the video, hope this video will help you.
Best Regards
Arif
