Still nothing I’m afraid :/
Perhaps you could try disabling any other plugins, to see if any are interfering with the operation of the Chat plugin. If the Chat plugin shows after disabling all other plugins, you could try re-enabling them, one-by-one, to find out which one is causing the interference.
If you could let us know your findings, we can investigate further.

Can I ask you to go to facebook.com, and then click on “Pages” in the options menu, and see if you can find the Page you’re looking for in the list with the heading “Your Pages”?

It looks like you have two different instances of the Chat plugin running on your site in parallel. Did you try adding it via direct code install? Can I ask you to remove all instances of the Chat plugin, and only use our Official WordPress plugin to install the Chat plugin?

It looks like your domain has not been allowlisted on our servers. Was the site on a different domain when you went through the setup process? Can I ask you to go through the setup process, ensuring that you are accessing the WordPress admin panel from amkglobalgroup.com?

It looks like you recently changed the domain your site is hosted on (from “www.abroadfile.com” to “abroadfile.com”). Can I ask you to re-run the setup process from the abroadfile.com domain, which will automatically allowlist the current domain?
