It looks like your domain has not been allowlisted on our servers. Was the site on a different domain when you went through the setup process? Can I ask you to go through the setup process, ensuring that you are accessing the WordPress admin panel from amkglobalgroup.com?

It looks like we had an issue on our side with the allowlisting of domains. This has now been resolved. Can I ask you to go through the set up process from the start, one more time?

Hi thanks for the help, I did the set up process once again, and the window pops up on page loading and works fine…
However the icon to chat is not visible anywhere??? because it should remain like that, so that the users can browse through the webpages and start chatting whenever they want.
