I’ve had a look at your website, and it looks like the code for the plugin has actually been commented out in your markup 🤔 This would explain why it’s not loading. Are those comment tags deliberate?

Yes, you can configure this in the plugin set up flow. In the “Customise your Chat plugin” options, you can toggle on/off “Automatically expand”.

In your WordPress admin dashboard, navigate to the “Facebook Chat” settings, and click on the “Edit” button to change the details of that instance of the plugin.

Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you’re encountering this error. This is a known issue when running the plugin in a PHP8 environment, which will be patched in the next release (soon!).
Thanks for reporting, and apologies for any inconvenience caused. The rest of the plugin should work fine – it’s just the Advanced Configuration options which are affected by this.

You can go through the plugin’s set up process again to change the associated FB Page, for the appropriate site.

The issue here is that you’ve programmed your bot to send an initial message, on receipt of the “Get Started” event. This immediately cancels all the Frequently Asked Questions, as your bot is messaging the user before they get a chance to use them.
To prevent this from happening, try disabling that initial message sent by your bot.
