Unfortunately there’s currently no way to change the icon size. If you haven’t already tried, it might help to change the bottom spacing and the left/right justification of the icon in the settings->”Edit Chat Plugin” Button and under the “Customize your Chat Plugin” category.

It seems like you have some Javascript errors on your site. I would recommend removing the Javascript libraries you’re loading, one-by-one, to see which one is causing the issue.

I’ve looked again, but there’s no Chat plugin code on your site, so it seems like it hasn’t been set up properly. Can I ask you to go through the setup process again? (go to the “Facebook Chat” tab in your admin dashboard menu, and click “Edit Chat plugin”)

Thanks for your feedback. Great news! This is already possible. If you go to the plugin settings tab in your WordPress admin dashboard, click “Edit Chat plugin” to relaunch the setup flow, in the second step, under “Customise your Chat plugin”, make sure “Guest mode” is turned on. Then complete the flow to the end.
Now any visitor to your site can message you, without the need to be logged in to Facebook 🙂

You can actually configure this in the plugin setup flow. In the “Customise your Chat plugin” options, you can toggle on/off “Automatically expand”.
