Chat Doesn’t Work

    Hello,
    I would like to receive some help. My site is running the latest Facebook Chat plugin but yet it doesn’t appear on the page. The issue persists on both desktop and mobile.

    Hi @ievavi,

    I’ve had a look at your website, and the Chat plugin does not appear to be installed. Have you uninstalled it? Can you try going through the process again, and let me know if you encounter any issues?

    Fixed. I started again the process and it worked for some reason…

    Hi @ievavi,

    I’ve looked again, but there’s no Chat plugin code on your site, so it seems like it hasn’t been set up properly. Can I ask you to go through the setup process again? (go to the “Facebook Chat” tab in your admin dashboard menu, and click “Edit Chat plugin”)
