Went to set up the chat plugin, under settings I clicked “Setup Chat Plugin”
It took me to a secondary window with a drop down menu. It is not clickable. I can’t select my facebook business account. I am unable to click “Continue”

Can you explain in more detail what you mean by “can’t select my facebook business account”? What happens when you try to select it from the list?

The list doesn’t populate.
It displays an arrow on the right, leading me to believe there is a drop down menu. It is not clickable.

Thanks for clarifying. Just to confirm, you definitely have an admin role on one or more Facebook Pages, right?
