@leonardofuchs You don’t need to put code anywhere. You should only need to install the WordPress plugin, and run the setup process. If you’re manually inserting code, this is what may be causing the issue.

Can you remove any code you’ve added and try running the plugin setup again?

Hi @m1tya,

I’ve had a look at your code, and it appears you’ve set up a custom style rule in the page’s own inline stylesheet, which is directly influencing the rendering of the plugin.

If you remove this style class for your custom style rules, the black strip will disappear:

  .fb_dialog {
    right: 11pt!Important;
    bottom: 60pt!Important;
  }

That sounds strange. Can you describe in a bit more detail what you mean be “blank messages”? What do the messages actually look like when viewed in your Page Inbox (a screenshot might be handy).

Thanks for providing that. This is strange. I can’t see the plugin at all when I visit your site, and it seems like the code isn’t all there.
