I’ve taken a look at your page, and I can’t see the plugin code anywhere on it. Are you sure that the plugin is activated? Can I ask you to go through the setup process from scratch?

First off, thank you for getting back to me! And that is a good question…where in your documentation does it describe this plugin code and where to put that? I used to see the plugin code in the setup of the plugin, but that is no longer there. I see reference to a DIV tag but doesn’t say anything about where to put it? In the footer.php? Anyway, this all was working then got wiped out…my guess is when I did some Avada upgrade. Regardless, can you point me to the documentation on this plugin code because I’m not finding it.

In the latest version of the plugin, you no longer need to copy and paste the plugin code anywhere. It is added directly when the plugin is activated and the setup process is complete.
I would recommend deactivating and reactivating the plugin, and running the setup process one more time.
