In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] CompatabilityHey there,
Thank you for reaching out to us with this issue!
There are, indeed, some plugins that our plugin is not compatible with, so I suggest you to disable this 3rd party plugin whist connecting your store/product sync/etc.Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns!

Thank you for reaching out to us with this concern!
I’m not a 100% certain that I was able to successfully locate the store you were referring to, but the store I presume to be yours seems to currently have an active Woo integration.Could you let me know if you were able to resolve the issue by installing a previous version or whether this issue was a temporary error?
We would be happy to check in with any concerns you may have in connection to this or anything else, so feel free to reach out to us at feedback@printful.com with some additional details, we’d love to hear from you! π

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Can NOT save plugin settingHey Matt,
Thank you for reaching out!
Could you give us some additional details on which options you are changing in your plugin’s settings that result in this error? If you could send us a screenshot (make sure to blur out any sensitive data), that would certainly help!
Hey Jess,
Thank you for reaching out to us with this concern, we truly appreciate your feedback!
The solution you describe is not yet a feature we offer for our plugin, so my advice is to check out the selection of advanced shipping plugins on WordPress, which could help you with getting this done.Feel free to also reach out to us at feedback@printful.com, if you have any additional suggestions, questions, or concerns, we would certainly love to hear from you!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] About to give up!Hey there,
Thank you for your review!
We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our plugin has not been positive, but would certainly love to improve it moving forward!
To address some of your concerns in more detail, we would need to access your data (email, store name) to find you in our system and look through our past conversations.
If you find the time, we would certainly appreciate you reaching out to us at feedback@printful.com, so we could review the issues you mention, as well as the quality of our customer support.
That said, I can tell you with utmost certainty that you would not need to remove all plugins from your website, simply temporarily disable them for troubleshooting purposes.
The reason we ask to do so is that some plugins (mostly firewall, security plugins) can definitely cause issues with your integration to Printful.
We would appreciate hearing from you and definitely look forward to assisting you with these concerns! πI am glad to hear that this worked for you. π
Feel free to send us another message here, or reach out to us at feedback@printful.com with any suggestions or concerns you may have!
Thank you for getting back to me!
I consulted on this with our developer team and they let me know that regenerating your API keys might fix this issue and the error you can see, when you access your Printful Dashboard > Stores.Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API > Add Key > Permissions > Read/Write > Generate API key (donβt leave the description blank).
Then copy both API Key and Secret to Printful > Stores > Edit. Then go to Printful > Stores > Sync > Refresh data.As for the product that currently appears in your Printful dashboard > Stores > Sync, I suggest removing it and adding it anew.
Let me know if this helps!

Hey Ilian,
Thank you for getting back to me and I apologize for the delay in my reply!
I’ve discussed this issue with our team and we are pretty certain that you can edit how customer notifications work on your store’s end, although you might need help from a developer to do so.
We do send order status updates to WooCommerce automatically, but we are not in charge of sending order notifications to your customers, this is something that is triggered by WooCommerce.
There is also the Advanced Notifications extension that you can check out, which might be of some help! Please let me know if you have any additional questons! π
Hey Ilian,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
We automatically send the shipping status updates to your store’s side, but the way your customers get notified fully depends on your store’s settings.
I would suggest you to look into adding an extension, like Shipment Tracking or any additional plugins, which could simplify this process.Let us know if you have any addiitonal questions or concerns! π
