We checked in with your store connection and things seem to be running smoothly currently.To give you some additional details on this error – the 500 error is an internal server error, which means that something is blocking our attempts to connect to your store. This might be caused by a conflicting plugin, theme, firewall settings, server settings, etc.
If you encounter this error again, please reach out to us with your WooCommerce System Status report and PHP error logs, so we could check in with your concerns in more detail.

Hey Sami,
If you are using the Printful live rates, make sure that you have checkmarked the option to “Disable Woo shipping rates for PF products” in the Printful plugin‘s settings.
If you are only using WooCommerce flat rates, you would need an advanced shipping plugin that would help you manage this.Let us know if you have any other questions!

Could you double check your current WooCommerce (not WordPress) version and update it to the newest, if possible?
I also suggest updating your Printful version to 2.0.7 or higher.I hope this helps! π

As this is still a BETA project for us, we have not yet made a lot of information publicly available on our FAQ.
But you can follow the product personalization tutorial we made for Shopify here, it basically works the same way for products listed on WooCommerce as well.Let us know if you have any other questions! π

You can add free shipping as a flat rate on WooCommerce for orders reaching over 40β¬ and only enable it for non-Printful products.You can read more on this in the WooCommerce free shipping guide here.
If you do offer free shipping as a flat rate for Printful products, we will apply the cheapest shipping rate for these orders on our side by default.

To clear the API key from the Printful plugin, go to WooCommerce -> Printful plugin -> Settings, delete the API key and hit the save button.
