Thank you for the update, we’re glad to hear that it is working now!
I have forwarded all of the information you sent us to our developer team, so we can refer to this issue as we work on the new Printful plugin version.Let us know if you encounter this issue again, or have any additional suggestions, questions or concerns, we’d love to hear from you!
Thank you for getting back to me!
Could you let us know what the original error is, which makes Site Health deactivate our plugin?
The error you are receiving currently is due to our plugin being deactivated, so we are not getting any additional info on this from our end.
Our plugin cannot work, if it is deactivated. It is possible that these two plugins are not compatible, so you could try disabling Site Health to see if that fixes the issue.
We are also hoping to launch a new plugin version very soon, which could improve the situation. Our developers are notified of the errors you are receiving and have added this to their list of stuff to look into.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

You could try creating a different shipping class for these products in your WooCommerce shipping settings and disabling free shipping for them.
You can also consider disabling free shipping for certain shipping classes via a function or a WordPress shipping plugin to exclude a set of products from free shipping.
You can check out the WooCommerce Advanced Shipping and WooCommerce Advanced Shipping Packages plugins that could help you with this.We also suggest reaching out to WooCommerce support with this question, they might have some additional information for you.
Let us know if it works! π

You can do this by going to your Printful dashboard > Stores > Sync > Refresh data.We would be happy to check in with your concerns in more detail, to see if we can help with resolving this issue, so be sure to reply to us here or send a message to feedback@printful.com!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] shipment tracking numberHey there,
Thank you for reaching out to us with this concern!
We automatically forward tracking information to WooCommerce, what happens to it afterwards fully depends on how you’ve set up customer notification in your store’s settings. You can check out the Shipment Tracking extension here, which allows you to add a link to emails and order pages.
I hope this helps! πLet me know if you have any other questions or concerns!
