  • I was able to create some nice products on Printful but the integration is horrible — response from chat or email are painful. Chats ended prematurely. I can’t seem to delete an item from Printful. I can’t sync my products. I was instructed to remove all other plugins on my wordpress to continue. My response was that there must be a better way to troubleshoot – I’m not about to break my website to test out Printful. I hope they figure it out soon.

    To address some of your concerns in more detail, we would need to access your data (email, store name) to find you in our system and look through our past conversations.
    If you find the time, we would certainly appreciate you reaching out to us at, so we could review the issues you mention, as well as the quality of our customer support.
    That said, I can tell you with utmost certainty that you would not need to remove all plugins from your website, simply temporarily disable them for troubleshooting purposes.
    The reason we ask to do so is that some plugins (mostly firewall, security plugins) can definitely cause issues with your integration to Printful.

    Update! I have it working and I love it! It still took way too long to resolve the issues…I would get a piece of the answer at a time. But for anyone running into the same problem, Printful needed to provide me a list of IP addresses that they use and then I had to go back to my account with GoDaddy and whitelist those IP addresses. It took a day for the whitelisting to take — but once that happened, everything started working as it should.
