Hey there,
This type of update would involve a pretty prominent change to how our plugin currently works, which is why we don’t yet have any plans to change this.
Global attributes are global and have to be the same across all products to work properly, but the attributes for our products are created individually upon product push.If you have any additional feedback, feel free to reach out to us via feedback@printful.com, we appreciate hearing from you!
@erikde thank you for your feedback, we’ll forward it accordingly, to see if this is something we could implement during future updates.
@marvc could you reach out to our live support directly or send us an email to feedback@printful.com, so we could check in with these more recent errors?
Hey Sami,
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention!
We extensively consulted with our developer team on how to combat the issue you’ve encountered.
The reason this happens is that taxes/shipping/discounts are not available/stored per item in a bunch of the integrations we have available, including WooCommerce.
In this case, what we can work with is one global “shipping cost” and we are not currently able to divide it into several shipping costs. This is not to say that it won’t be possible in the future.
We truly appreciate your feedback on this as it helps us improve and develop our platform to make it easier and more useful to you, as well as other users.
We don’t currently have an ETA for a fix, but our developer team is certainly keeping it on their radar. If you have any additional feedback for us, feel free to reach out at feedback@printful.com! 🙂
I wanted to thank you two for your feedback!
All I can add from our end is that the Printful plugin does not necessarily work with all other available plugins, which is why we suggest temporarily disabling other plugins, which could be interfering with or slowing down the integration between Printful and WooCommerce. If you push products with a large count of variants, there is a greater chance that some of those products could encounter errors with syncing, as you are already aware.
If you have any additional feedback, as well as any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at feedback@printful.com!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Variant ModificationHey there,
Thank you for reaching out, we appreciate your feedback!
What you can do to push new mockups, or change existing mockups for the product listing, is go to your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync > Edit the product, select all variants on the left and click on “change print file”, then proceed to confirm the print file and choose new mockups. When that is done, I also suggest refreshing your store data in your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync by clicking on “Refresh data” in the upper right.
I hope this helps!
Thank you!
Could you try disabling all plugins but WooCommerce and Printful, when you attempt to push products to your store and let me know if you encounter this error?
To us it still looks like one of the other plugins you’re using is disrupting the product push.Looking forward to hearing from you!
Are both of you receiving the same Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access?
@erikde could you share the error code you see with the error message?Could you two also let me know if you currently have any active security or firewall plugins?

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] JSON ERRORHey there,
Thank you for reaching out to us with this concern!
The JSON error is a generic error that we receive when trying to connect to your server. Here are the steps to troubleshoot the issue:1. Did you follow the integration steps exactly and completely?
If not, please try again.
2. Was everything working previously?
Have any updates been applied to your site or store lately, like a theme change or new plugin?
Try reversing any changes and disabling installed plugins to see if it works.
3. Please try disabling plugins or themes that can be conflicting and try again.
4. If the aforementioned steps do not work – please share your Website URL and WooCommerce System status (WooCommerce -> System status-> Get system report -> Copy for Support). If you are still encountering these issues, please send us your WooCommerce system status to feedback@printful.com, we’d love to be of help!

Thank you for getting back to me!
I am sorry that we miscalculated the concerns you had encountered.
Our developer team checked in with these concerns in more detail and concluded that it does appear to be an issue with our plugin.A fix for the functionality of our shipping rates is scheduled for next week and we believe that it will also fix the problem you’ve encountered.
