I’m afraid this isn’t possible at this stage.
Cheers,
EricHere’s a quick bit of CSS you can use to fix this:
@media screen and (max-width: 600px ) { #charitable-donation-form .donation-amounts .donation-amount { width: 100%; float: none; } }Cheers,
EricThe donor count is based on the email address entered in the form, unless you are logged in when you make the donation. If you are logged in, it’s based on your WordPress user account.
So to create a completely new donation as if from a new donor, log out (or if you’re on Chrome, open a new window in Incognito mode) and make a donation with a different email address. The result should be that the donation also increments the donor count.
But yeah, I definitely agree that this workaround is far from ideal!

EricHi Kevin,
We’re always open to new gateways. No one else has requested Amazon so far, but I will definitely keep it in mind as a possibility for future development.
Cheers,
EricIt’s impossible to disable it in the backend, but you might be able to remove it from being displayed on the front end. Where are you seeing it? Could you post a link or screenshots?
Cheers,
EricThanks for the great review! Really appreciate it 🙂

EricHi Kevin,
I have made a note of this issue and we’ll work on improving the display of the Suggested Amounts on smaller screens. In the meantime, if you can send me a link to your site I can give you a little bit of custom CSS you can use to fix this.

EricHi Kevin,
You can find the campaign ID in the permalink when you are editing a campaign. I posted a screenshot at https://www.dropbox.com/s/qtjsnxctv5dhrdt/Charitable_campaign_ID.png?dl=0 that shows where you can find the ID.

EricHi Kevin,
That error doesn’t appear to be related to Charitable. It’s coming from the Stratus theme code. I would get in touch with the theme developer to find out if they can shed light on the issue.
Cheers,
EricThanks for the great review Kevin!
No worries Kevin!
When you get a chance, we’d love it if you can leave us a short review at https://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/charitable

EricHi Kevin,
Right now, the only way to manually add donations is through the Offline payment gateway. So to add this donation, go to Charitable > Settings > Payment Gateways and temporarily enable the Offline donation gateway.
After doing that, go to your website and create a donation for the amount, choosing the offline payment option.
Once you have made the donation, you can turn off the Offline gateway if you don’t want to use it, and you can go to Charitable > Donations to mark the donation as Paid (by default, offline donations are considered “Pending” until they are confirmed as paid).
This is definitely something we want to improve in the future, probably by adding an extension to be able to add donations manually from the dashboard.

EricNot at this stage I’m afraid. It’s on the to-do list though 🙂
