Hi @agusskyhand,
I’ve gone ahead and marked this as resolved since I haven’t heard back from you. If you are still having problems, please get in touch via https://www.wpcharitable.com/support/ and we can investigate further.
Cheers,
EricHi @agusskyhand,
It looks like something went wrong with the installation of Charitable and the required database tables were not created. Could you try deleting Charitable and then re-installing & activating it?
If that fails, could you reach out to use via https://www.wpcharitable.com/support/ so we can follow up that way?
Cheers,
EricLooking at the screenshot there, it looks like there are general database performance issues on your site, not specifically with Charitable (there are 6 slow queries shown there, and only one is from Charitable).
Based on that, I would recommend working on optimizing your WordPress database. There is a detailed guide available here showing a variety of ways you can work on improving your database performance, including a few plugins you could use to do this:
https://www.cloudways.com/blog/wordpress-database-optimization/
You may also want to reach out to your hosting company to see if they are aware of any system-related issues that might be affecting your database performance.

EricThanks @jawzagain! So glad you’re enjoying Charitable. π

EricHi @dudematters,
Weβre not allowed to provide support here for our premium plugins, only the core Charitable plugin.
That said, our Stripe integration doesnβt currently support iDEAL, but weβre working on an update at the moment which will add support for that. We also have a Mollie integration which does support iDEAL.
If you have any follow-up questions, please get in touch via the Support page on https://www.wpcharitable.com

EricHi @blair08,
We’re planning to add support for consecutive donation numbers in the future, but I’m afraid there’s no fix for this at the moment.

EricHi @cr0co,
That’s not something you can do with Charitable itself, but you can use an SEO plugin like Yoast SEO to give you the ability to customize those settings.
Cheers,
EricThanks for the review @sadorno! Looking forward to seeing how your peer to peer fundraising campaigns go!

EricThanks Troy! Glad Charitable’s working well for you π

EricHi @blair08,
There isn’t really any way to do that. How would that be helpful? Just trying to understand the use case.

EricHi @shripad1972,
We don’t have support for CCAvenue I’m afraid. You can take a look at Knit Pay: https://wordpress.org/plugins/knit-pay/
Cheers,
EricHi @emexonline777,
Charitable doesn’t have an integration with WooCommerce at the moment so this won’t really work.
Charitable does help with GDPR compliance as you can have your donation form show terms and conditions and display your privacy policy. You can also ask donors if they consent to be contacted. All that is available as part of the core plugin.
Cheers,
Eric
